Hampton Lake is a beautiful community and the apartments are awesome. Up to date appliances and a staff that really takes care of its residents. They also work to keep the rent reasonable and don't just try to make more profits, I feel they consider their residents and the economic state of affairs. From the office staff to maintenance they are all fantastic. I would highly recommend living here.

Well, I love the service. I like the green areas. I love my apartment—it's very spacious, very original, and has neutral colors that go well with many types of furniture. So, I think they manage everything well. I love the lake, the clubhouse, and, of course, the gym. To me, for a small gym, it's very complete.

Della has been magnificent! She helped us during our lease signing and providing us with marked floor plans when we were not sure if the furniture we bought for the apartment was going to fit. The complex is clean and very pretty. Many restaurants and entertainment near. Not a long commute to work.

One Hampton Lake Lakeside Apartments are clean, have plenty of room with nice floor plans. The lake is beautiful and the focal point of the community. You can kayak, fish enjoy the great pool and other amenities including the gym and a nice clean proctor the doggies. There is plenty of parking space so you always find a decent spot and the location is really convenient. You’re less than 5 minutes from major grocery stores, hardware, gas, and restaurants. Movie theaters, bowling alley and 25 minutes to River Street in Savannah. Whether you end up living here or not you certainly should take a look before you decide where you will be living.

I am in love with One Hampton Lake. This is an extremely welcoming community of people in one of the most beautiful spots in Bluffton. A stunning location with a view and wonderful amenities. The dog park is very clean and well kept, my pups love it. The management is extremely responsive and all of the staff, has gone above and beyond my expectations. As new resident, I feel truly cared for. Their responsiveness and focus on customer service is a rare thing to find in today's world. I would highly recommend! ??????????

A nice community, definitely need the gates up and running for security as well as our own openers so we don't have to stop and punch in codes . Also different due dates offered for paying rent , as some of us don't get checks deposited into bank until the third of the month, like a grace period offered ..... thank you

My husband and I love One Hampton Lake! We have lived here about 1.5 years. The neighbors I have met are all friendly. The Management Staff is very good and making continual improvements. Maintenance is organized and gets things done right the first time. I would highly recommend living at One Hampton Lake.

One Hampton Lake is a beautiful community with awesome amenities. They provide professional services and also keep living affordable. Its a joy to come home to a view of the lake from my screened in porch and a quiet environment to be able to relax and enjoy your evenings.

My husband and I moved into the One Hampton Lake Apartments in October of 2021. During our time there, we moved in March 2024, we had nothing but an incredible stay. The maintenance team, especially in the more recent months, was fantastic. The amenities offered were wonderful. And Tara, front office, was incredible along with the other girls. Enjoy living at Hampton Lake with a lake view. It's a nice rental property; modern colors, gated and smoke-free! The Clubhouse and Gym are very nice and the view from the pool is very relaxing. The location is good with easy access to nearby stores and Hilton Head is an easy drive. Worth touring if you're thinking about living in Bluffton.
