The manager in the office is very rude. The first time I met her up until the last. She already told me I was denied before but come back the next week to talk with her. Me thinking that she was trying to help me in some kind of way I came back only to walk in and she just stare at me. She didn’t greet me at all. Bad customer service. I asked do I need to come back because she was speaking to someone, she still didn’t open her mouth but shook her head as in yes. I went back to my truck and waited. Other tenants I’m assuming walked in the office as I watched. Finally the person that was in her office came out. So I went back to the door. I knocked, walked in and seems like she was ready to tell me that I was denied (again). I’m not upset about being denied, my point is why waste my time telling me to come again when you already told me this once before. Her demeanor is terrible and I just don’t see the office manager as being a person that care about people situation. I see her as a person that’s ready to find out things only to deny more than once and tell them to try next year. I will never! And I’m sure I’m not the only one that has ever complained on her. Bad business
