The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Olympic Heights
Property is mediocre: great amenities, but walls are so thin that it's a serious problem: I was woken up by my neighbor's alarm countless times, and could often hear every word of their conversations. Location is great! Unfortunately, the management fenced off the pedestrian exit, forcing me to drive to destinations I could see from my apartment. Really annoying if you like living in a walkable area. The management made several other bad decisions that earned them this score. Last summer, they decided to ban outdoor grills due to a policy change from their insurance company (rather than just changing companies). I'm not a huge grilling enthusiast, but some of my neighbors were and it was quite frustrating for them. When I was getting ready to move out, they told me they would charge me to clean my room regardless of whether I cleaned my apartment. Out of a $900 security deposit, I received less than $50 back (charges included $100 to clean my blinds).
If you want to be able to party all night long and not worry about noise complaint repercussions then THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! This is a PARTY complex!!! Don't worry about making noise or violating lease terms, management doesn't care at all. If you want to run appliances well into quiet hours or play loud music at 3 AM or have more than 2 pets then you will love it here. Management won't respond to noise issue emails so go CRAZY! I would recommend this place to only the hardest of partiers. If you want a quiet, respectful community this is not it. Lease violators come one come all because you will most definitely get away with it!
Our apartment is fine, it’s clean and pretty well maintained. However management is horrible, we never even got to see the apartment until after we signed the lease. We asked many times and there was always a reason as to why we couldn’t so it made signing a lease very nerve racking. They are doing updates around the grounds but they have been put off or delayed and you get very little notice about it. Even though you have to make sure you move your vehicle. In our building a few people have moved so obviously the apartments need some maintenance and/or updating. Do you think we could get a heads up about obnoxious fumes or loud noise? Nope. oh Don’t think you can just call and ask a question because the office staff will just act like you are bothering them and you’re lucky if they even return your call. The maintenance staff is great though, very friendly and helpful. Basically the apartment is good, so if you go in the idea that the management sucks than you’ll be fine.

We have lived her for almost a year now. We enjoy that we are allowed to have a animals here and were not charged an arm and a leg for the deposit for them! The grounds are very nice and always well kept. The pool and sauna and gym are a big plus for us! The only thing that I would say is that there are alot of evergreen students that live her. If you are one that needs constant quiet then this is prob not the place for you, the westside period would not be the best place for you. But also it is not a LOUD place to live either. We enjoy it and are never bothered by anyone about anything.
Olympic heights is a wonderful little community to live. The neighbors are super friendly, the management staff is helpful and won't really pester you about anything unless it's a major violation. Maintenance staff gets jobs done super quick and are even friendly to boot as well. Newer double pane windows, with little vents in the tops, wood burning fireplaces. All in all terrific apartments.
