I truly love my place, the video before we moved showed two coat closets, and an outdoor patio. I got 1 coat closet and no patio, so I was like…ok. But it is still spacious, and my neighbors are really nice.
My first month has been great! Wonderful location with great walk score and access to several restaurants, grocery stores, bars etc. The building is well kept and maintenance is fast and responsive!
I had such a pleasant experience! Opting for the self-guided tour to explore the property, I quickly fell in love. After applying, Jalen assisted me promptly and with kindness. He made the entire experience worthwhile. I feel like I toured nearly every 2-bedroom apartment in DTLA, and the window properties are undoubtedly top-tier in terms of apartment quality and service. I couldn’t thank Jalen and the Windsor Property team enough for helping me and my family get into our new home.
The apartment comes with all the necessary features, well installed and maintained. The interior quality is very robust. Staff members are very nice and prompt in processing any requests.
Wonderful response to maintenance services and they always leave things clean and with care. This place definitely feels like luxury and the staff are all amazing!

What impressed me the most was Omar's response when the issue resurfaced an hour after his initial visit. Without hesitation, he came back to ensure everything was thoroughly resolved. My wife and I like the building and enjoy living here. There are some things that need improving like, the amount of dogs running around off leash, the time it takes water in the apartment to get hot, and the frequent fire alarms.
Excellent community, Porter always cleaning the amenities, maintenance take care of anything as soon as possible, everyone of the staff is friendly, I really love live at Olympic by Windsor!
Olympic by Windsor is well staffed by friendly knowledgeable people. The upkeep is of the property is as good or better than anywhere else I've experienced
On the surface this place is wonderful. Unfortunately, after about 2 years here, you start to see the unpleasant details.
Olympic has a great central location, next to incredible food and entertainment *plus* groceries and transportation. The views are excellent, the common areas are beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff are helpful and friendly.
The leasing experience prior to move in was unprofessional and unsatisfactory but I moved in based on the price of the apartment. Since move in the experience has improved but could be a lot better. No one ever answers the phone at the leasing office, you have to walk to the office to get assistance.
The maintenance team is fantastic and always gets the work done quickly and properly
I absolutely love my penthouse-esque top floor apartment. Its beautiful with floor to ceiling windows. Only gripe is the noise of fire truck and ambulances every hr or so, but otherwise, love it.

Beautiful, clean property & apt interior, great for the price. Staff is always friendly, available, willing to go above and beyond to help. They are another one of the many reasons I always resign my lease. Love the Southpark area the building is located in.
I love the home feel to this building. Unlike the newer buildings which have a very hotel feeling that make it seem like a temporary space.
All of the staff are pleasant and professional. For the most part, very well maintained and clean.
Living at Olympic by Windsor has been a great experience in the Downtown Los Angeles area. Management is very responsive and always on top of it. The apartments themselves are nice and we chose this unit specifically based on the balcony, in unit w/d and central air. We love our view. We are happy with our experience living at Olympic by Windsor. (Big shoutout to Morgan for being a great leasing/community member!)

Management has been very helpful and prompt with every request. Very kind leasing office. Only issue has been I live in a unit facing the ally way, so there is a lot of early morning noise from garbage trucks.
Apartment is clean and nice, but it is hard to reach out to management on the phone and get the maintenance.
Maintenance team is great! I have submitted work orders during the evening and maintenance comes the next day fully prepared to fix the issue while wearing a mask.
