Posting says they are ooen Saturday and Sunday by appointmemt only. Called to make an appointment for a Saturday and was told they don't work on Saturdays.

Just wow
I do know that the 2 bedroom we looked at was really nice the problem was we needed a bigger place so we made an appointment to see a 3 bedroom in 1 week from that day. They took a blind application which we were told is totally normal and gave away our trailer to whoever it was who applied blindly. They did this without even contacting us to let us know if we wanted the place we should apply before they put the second persona app through. Poor business practice in my opinion. Too bad for them I guess?

We apologize that the unit you were interested in was rented quicker than expected, however we know we will have more units available soon that will meet your criteria. At UMH, we rent our units on a first come first serve basis for approved customers and we hope to have a unit available for you to view soon!
