Property Ratings at Olivewood Apartments
We moved in and it was a great start but then we started having issues. First the ac/heating unit broke and it took almost a month to get it fixed and it was winter time. Our neighbors are horrible and we have complained many times. They yell and scream and bang stuff at all hours of the night and we have a 4 month old and I’m surprised she hasn’t been woken up. I feel that they don’t take concerns seriously and make sure you read the lease agreement!

I have been living at olivewood for a couple of years and just resigned for another. The leasing agent and maintenance staff are wonderful. The office manager Sherice is courteous, friendly, and goes above and beyond her job description for her tenets and for the community. In just the couple of years that I have lived here I have seen so much improvement to the community. Sherice has made a huge difference here at olivewood and made my decision to sign for another year an easy one. Thank you Sherice for all you do.
The office manger is the rudest person I have ever met. Lived here four months and not fixed shower unable to take shower. Ni screens in windows. Will not use attic found six rat traps. Dish washer broke. And was told they don't have a staff person to repair. Unbelievable!!!!!
I had recently been looking all over for a decent apartment in my budget that had immediate availability. I stopped here after seeing a post on Craigslist that was honestly confusing. However, I spoke with the community manager who clarified availability. I was told that the list actually went out to March which was much too long to wait. I’m assuming my desperation was sensed because she immediately gave me a list of other places to try. No other complex would assist me in this way because of “business practices “ but here was someone with a heart. My gratitude will forever be with her.
Small but nice apartment. Close to the highway for easy access to great food and shopping. Nice area with an island park near by for fun and exercise. Pet friendly and pet approved. Quiet, secure and well maintained. Nice place so nice people only please. :)
