Property Ratings at Olive Tree
Current management and maintenence have turned this place around. They are always helpful. close to schools, shopping centers,and many other resources. Pet friendly too!!! 2 story lay out gives it a cool feel.
This place really is great from the inside out. I just moved in with my wife and son, and they love this place too. These appartments are very convenient and spacious. You would be surprised to tour them and realize they are two story, air conditioner, and patio. I think the pricing is fair since it is in the city of Costa Mesa. There are shopping areas near too so that is a plus for us.
