The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at OLiVE DTLA
Living at Olive has been a great experience. 3 years going strong and won’t be moving anytime soon. Staff has always been friendly and warm hearted towards me and my dog. I have lived in about five different DTLA apartment buildings since I moved to California from New York about 12 years ago. Olive is my absolute favorite! I’m a social person who has met multiple people in the building. Everyone seems to be pretty chill and easy going which was important to me. I chose Olive based on the open layout, spacious closet, and friendly staff.

Hi, thank you for giving us a 5-star rating! We're happy to know that you've had a great experience with us. Please let our office know if you need anything! Sincerely, The Olive DTLA Management Team
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. It is not “luxury.” All luxury buildings should have security at the front desk at night especially in DTLA where it’s a heavily homeless populated area. This building is under new management and they have taken away 24-hour security allowing anyone to just walk in the building at night. Packages are left at your door in an open area which is NOT safe. Many packages have been stolen since they stopped allowing the front desk to take them. Utilities: I have been overcharged for 6 months for utilities. I have complained multiple times and they haven’t done anything to resolve the issue. There’s no way a 400sqft apartment with no tv is using $169 worth of utilities. My guess is they are overcharging residents to make up for the people who have moved out or haven’t paid rent. I have documented everything via email just in case I need to file a lawsuit if they are still not cooperating. Front desk: Front Desk is sweet and kind. They are the ONLY good thing about this property. Management: Non-existent and never here. Like what are you getting paid for? Avoid the headache and don’t rent here. It’s HELL.

CURRENT RESIDENT!!! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE ! There are 2 garage doors to resident parking, out of the 12 months I lived here more than 6 months both doors have been broke, I could live in my apartment for the first month because the neighbor flooded, I was literally locked in the building 1 day because they decided to change just my code and no one else's, the nearest elevator to my apartment was down for over a month, instead of fixing it they put a note "elevator down". I came home late one night, and was locked out, no one answering phones, took an hour for someone to finally wonder to the front to help me. Your cars are not safe, there are a lot of issues with the structure, and they will charge you PREMIUM downtown prices, and they tried raising the rent on us all, with all these problems, about 40% of the building has moved out in the past month. I hope this helps someone from make a bad decision, because I know forsure management won't see this. They need a reality check. It's sad because I love my apartment layout. Bye bye

Your feedback is invaluable to us as we are always looking for ways to improve our community. Please feel free to reach out if you'd like to discuss your review in more detail. We strive to leave every person—and every place—better than we found them. Sincerely, The Olive DTLA Management Team
I've loved my time here at OLIVE DTLA, the amenities are amazing and the building is always clean. The maintenance staff is responsive and the front desk is always friendly. You can sometimes hear your upstairs neighbors walking around but that's to be expected with hard flooring. There was recently a change in ownership but that's not caused any changes and the new staff is just as wonderful as the previous staff.
