The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Olde Towne Residences
They say smoke free but it's not. My car was broken into. Loud noises from other apartments Tenants don't keep their patio clean Dog poop everywhere Be careful walking at night cause there are always some odd people walking around the buildings. The rent was too high so, I moved out and got a brand new home with a yard and I'm so happy now and feel safe.
Between the constant pot smoking at a non-smoking residential community and the vandalism after the office is closed, the outrageous rent you pay for amenities that are constantly not working properly or even accessible find someplace else.
If you are disabled don't move here. The staff is always in the handicapped parking and the pool lifts are not working because of a dead battery or the pool heater is "shut off for some reason" (the whole winter). Now it is that they have bids for it to get fixed so it should be good soon. It's been over a month this time. When we moved in, we were excited about the Cinema room, now turned to a shipping station and the game simulator room, turned playroom, trash pickup is spotty and the indoor pool heater is broken, all the time. Staff is good but you hear what they want you to.
The amenities are beautiful and the staff is so friendly!!!
My family and I move to Raleigh NC for my job and found The Villages at Olde Towne Apartments. Thank goodness we did, all of the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, making this a very easy transition for my family. The apartments are beautiful and brand new, not to mention the amenities are out of this world! In fact we can sit on our patio and look and the beautiful building of downtown Raleigh at sun set. I would highly suggest you give the place a look if you are moving to or live in Raleigh NC.
This is one of the most impressive apartment communities I’ve ever seen. From the amenities, to the apartment finishes… it’s like nothing I’ve ever seen before. The staff has been wonderful to work with and gone above and beyond in making the move-in process as easy as possible. If you’re considering renting here, definitely take the time to visit the community and see for yourself!
Very nice place but the front office people don’t know how to do there job correctly ! I applied last Tuesday for a move in date for 12/7. And the man in the office didn’t even turn my application in during that whole time !!!
