Lauren the property manager is very nice to work with- quick to respond to emails and very knowledgeable about the property! Our basement has so much storage space, the apartment is well maintained, and we feel very safe living here. 5 stars!

Thus far, my experience with Old Towne Rentals has been positive. I have met the neighbors and felt more welcome and settled in than I ever did at my previous apartment. The tour was impressive and the apartments had more space, which I liked, and Lauren, the office manager, was very welcoming and sweet.

My experience here living in Old Towne Rentals has been nothing but great. I worked with Lauren who helped me with the process from start to finish to ensure I found a great home for me and my daughter. Lauren was very helpful, patient and nice! When I moved in the house was SUPER clean, with new flooring in dining area, new carpet and painted. Also, the maintenance staff Bob,Rich, and Dave are absolutely phenomenal very nice and great workers. If you have any issues they definitely get the job done without no hesitation. If you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood in a great location definitely make Old Towne Rentals your choice.

Just moved in here and I love it. It's so quiet compared to the last place I lived. Pricing is reasonable, especially for being a townhouse in cranberry. And everyone in the leasing office are so nice and will respond quickly when you contact them. Highly recommend!

Only if I could give an extra star to make it 6/5 to show the appreciation of the job Lori did. Lori was helpful, informative, and patient. I felt it was important to point this out, since I am Deaf she went the extra step of writing down on paper and pen while we went on a tour of a townhouse, then again when we were doing the lease paper work. I truly appreciate what Lori did because it made things move smoothly. Lastly, I have only lived here for almost two weeks and already feel at home with the nice neighbors. I enjoy neighbors who wave and many of them do that here! I also feel safe with the neighborhood for my children, people respect the speed limits, etc. BONUS: while we are minutes away from a busy Cranberry business road, we are also minutes away from the country and farms, where you get awesome sweet corn, honey and all the great things farmers grow!!

I just moved here from out of state. Because of Covid most of this rental experience has been done online, so it was a bit concerning. I had to rely on seeing the apartment virtually. Lori handled the rental experience with great kindness and professionalism. When I did finally move in there were a few glitches, but were handled immediately by the great maintenance staff.....even over the weekend. So far the neighborhood is great and close to everything

It is hard these days to find a great rental neighborhood and quiet setting, in the same place. Well, you will find it here. It all started with friendly staff and a great setting. Move-in was a breeze and it is weird how quiet it is with all the people living here. Beautiful grounds and scenery surround you and not far from Rte 19, 79 and 76.

I lived at Old Towne when I was a kid for a few years. When my boyfriend and I were looking for a place to rent in Cranberry Twp, I immediately remembered Old Towne. My mom said the rent for a two bedroom town home is amazing, and it absolutely is still amazing! I worked with Lori to find our town home and she is very helpful and super nice! You can't beat the price for rent and you get a two bedroom town home with either a huge basement or a garage. The town homes are very clean and spacious, they deep clean the town home before you move in! Also, the location is great! You can easily access 79 and the Turnpike as well as easy access to major stores and restaurants. This is a great location for access, but the complex is tucked away off Rowan Road and it's a quiet neighborhood. Definitely give them a call!

We recently moved in to Old Towne Rentals from out of state. The office staff could not have been more helpful and friendly to complete the application and move in process via phone, mail, and email. The townhouse was very clean upon move in. The area is residential and while very convenient to the amenities of Cranberry, it is also away from the hustle and bustle of the busy roads like 19 and 228. - Rebecca M

Overall great experience! The community is very quiet, well kept and maintained, located just off 19. Our apartment came with nice appliances and new carpet. All the managers we have been in contact with have been very nice and responsive. We love living here!

Recently moved here for the area & quiet. The office is approachable and available, which is a huge bonus. Grounds are well maintained. Townhomes are updated. Quiet surroundings.

My husband and I needed to secure rental housing for a year. I took my first tour at Old Towne with Lori. It was pouring down rain that day, but that didn't stop her from giving me a complete tour. I was impressed by the quiet, clean, intimate environment. When we were ready to rent, again Lori was extremely helpful and understanding. The office staff made the rental process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Carol was very friendly and helpful on the day that we actually signed our lease. The townhouse was available on the promised date complete with a new kitchen, paint and carpet. Old Town is the perfect solution to our rental needs.

When my girlfriend and I first toured our apartment in Zelienople we were greeted by a very friendly woman named Carol. She led us through two apartments and was very helpful in answering any questions we had. We instantly became optimistic about living in the community and jumped on board with the rental application process right away. I made several phone calls to the office during this time to make sure I was doing everything right and had the pleasure of talking to Lori who was extremely helpful and kind. She was good about getting back to me when I left a message. The lease we signed was easy to read and the move in process was a breeze. The apartment itself is clean and in great condition. Brand new appliances in the kitchen and bathroom and it's located in a great area. I would definitely recommend this company to those who are searching for a place to live in the Cranberry area.

When I was ready to look for an apartment to rent, I discovered Olde Towne Rentals on the internet. The pictures looked very pleasant. As I drove through Olde Towne, the environment was quiet and very clean. I like the playground. The apartment that I moved into on June 8, 2018, was freshly painted and very clean. The kitchen appliances are very clean. It is a comfortable, safe, and affordable neighborhood in which to live.

When looking to move into the Cranberry area for location convenience, we never expected to find a newly renovated place (new carpet, cabinets, kitchen appliances and paint) for this price listing. Old Towne is working hard to get their older style homes up to date, as they completely revamped our place in about 3 weeks which allowed us to move in early! We are very pleased with their efforts. This complex is nicely tucked off of Rt. 19, quiet, safe and friendly. Close to two local parks (North Boundary & Graham) for sports & leisure. Lori ensured that we were heart-set on our new town house and that all of our needs were met. Highly recommendable complex with reliable and trustworthy staff.

We had been looking for a new place and had just about given up when we stumbled across Old Towne. What a pleasant surprise we uncovered....the staff is very accommodating and the units are professionally maintained. We knew as soon as we viewed the town house that we had found the right place. Everything was so clean it looked as if it had never been occupied. The price is right and the location is great.

My fiancé Connor and I recently moved into the complex about a month ago and have had a great experience. The leasing agents are extremely friendly and quick to deal with any issues you may have and are friendly and professional. They quickly resolved any maintenance issues we have responded quickly to any of our questions or concerns. Our neighbors are all friendly and you couldn’t ask for a more quiet or safe community. Our townhouse is updated and very clean and made signing the lease a very easy decision. We love living here and would definitely recommend it to any of our friends.

I recently moved into this complex and it has been a great experience. The office staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. When I have had problems maintenance has been out right away to fix the problem. The property has been kept clean and the snow removal was done first thing in the morning. I have had a great experience and would highly recommend this property if you are looking in the area.
