Living here has caused me to think about the people who are the property managers and their teams. They must be remarkable individuals in so many ways because the demands upon their lives leaves little room for self-absorbed personal promotion. Im happy with location but the trash fee is not right and I dont make use of it at all. There should be an option to get rid of it if you can walk and throw garbage out yourself. The place also has a lot of outdated appliances.

There are many events that can cheer up the kids. The society has Christmas spirit every year . Kids feel really safe roaming around the society alone with friends. We have been waiting for the tennis court to be build. When will it be finished?
Everything is going good and the old shepard place managment is making a lot of changes in socity. Cares team are always doing there best. We liked to stay here.

It has car noise issue at first time, but the manager did changed unit as my request. Now, it’s very quiet and peaceful. Also, the maintenance team always tries to fix all the problems that I have.
It is such a beautiful, peaceful place in which to live! It is such a joy to see my neighbors and sometimes their pets too! It is an incredible experience to talk with the managers and staff who are the absolutely best at what they do! Their personal initiative and commitment to excellence set them apart in business and hospitality. Isn’t it remarkable that they are surprised that anyone would manage in any other way?

In general, it's a safe and quiet community. Location is great and convenient. The maintenance staffs are very responsive and done a good job. On the flap side, office is going downhill. They seldom pick up phone calls, incorrect monthly trash and pest fees billing for months, security gates endless repairing.

Its ok.. but very poor communication from front office. I wish there was more communication around extra costs. There are pest control issues as well.

Old Shepard Apartment Place is really good to stay..they are improving Amenities in the community .. Maintenance is really good.. Niw they are working on gates also. So overall it is a good community to live.

Great experience living here, maitenence gets things done in a quick amd efficient manner. The apartments are nice, well taken care of and a good home.
Great Apartment overall. Bad things- Gates are never closed Amenities are not well maintained anymore. Good things- Maintenance service is awesome
I really want to see our entry gates closed.. Overall apartments are good and communutt is well maintained.. Specifically i like that this community conduct events .
Friendly folks so far! Getting a hold of staff takes effort and there is a lot of clean up needed for move in. Issues with toilet also found and reported. Area is amazing!

I have lived here for almost a year and I have really enjoyed it. My neighbors are nice and quiet and the neighborhood is safe and close to everything we need.

Not sure but things are not going good we are paying for valet trash but if we only need to pick up then what is use of paying. I think management needs to look into it and take a strong action. Which I am not seeing at all.

Old Shepard society is good to stay for family having kids . This is gated society and lot of area to play for kids .Maintenance is best here .

love this complex, a lot of stuff in my apartment broke and matienence was very quick with the repairs and now we have a new tub, new washer and new light! very happy!

Maintenance is amazing. They fix everything really fast and they are really nice guys. Quiet place. We love our yard and our location in the complex. Office staff is super nice as well.

They will do whatever they want to get you in, But the maintenance is worst. i am current resident and i booked complaint a week before. Still am waiting to get it rectified.
The grounds maintenance has declined drastically. The gate issue with not having a remote was ridiculous.

Did not get a key card until a month after move in. Had a major rat problem for a month after move in. Fitness center is still not 24/7 due to "covid". Given incorrect gate codes for pool area. $12/month added to my rent for a package service that is not included in my lease, nor was I informed about it.

I 100% would recommend old shepard. I moved here in the middle of the covid pandemic during a stressful time. It' nice knowing that I pay a very fair rent along with an update/quiet apartment.

Unlike previous apartment experiences I have had, the maintenance service here was quick to respond, quick to identify and fix the problem and I think that is an important factor when choosing an apartment complex so I would recommend the apartment community

The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. All of my needs and maintenance requests are fulfilled within a week. I feel safe, comfortable, and happy in my complex. I have absolutely loved living here!
