If you're a young single woman, I don't recommend living here. The landlord is a creep and he is at the complex every day. The people who live here are nosy. The landlord will literally scream at you with no regard for what you are saying. He has no social ability to be running an apartment complex considering his inability to communicate. Again, this might not be as big an issue, but he is there every. day. The apartments themselves are okay. Snow in the winter makes it hard to get into the parking lot.

Good location near campus & Sororities. ?? Rent is a good rate compared to a lot of apartment complexes/Business I looked into. As long as you respect the Landlord he will respect you and leave you be. Had a lot of Good and bad times there but that's life. #YouLiveAndYouLearn. ??????

WORST LANDLORD EVER

Great apartment, very clean and well kept. The carpets are a little odd but thats no big deal to me. However, the landlord is the resorts to screaming and scaring when he has an issue. So, unless you are the perfect tenant, I would beware of his wrath.

Would NEVER Recommend

The apartments are wonderful and very spacious, never any issues with parking. However, the landlord is one of the WORST people I have ever encountered. If he has an issue he will not come to you in a respectful, professional, or cordial manner. Instead, he will bang on your door yelling profanities until you open. Once you do, he begins to shout rudely, not listening to anything you have to say. Do not get me wrong, I completely understand that if something negative occurred, he would need to address it...but yelling at a tenant until you're red in the face is ridiculous and unprofessional. I am utterly shocked and disappointed that a grown man would carry himself that way.
