They work really hard to keep residents happy. They go the extra mile, and you can tell by the regular events, services, resident care.
Things are really great at being flexible. Both old Cheney place and high pointe are great with any issues or problems that may arise.
The office staff is very attentive, Eric is awesome. The maintenance staff as quick and great. The landscaping in upkeep is very good.
I’m lucky to get this appt I have been here from 2 years ago every thing it’s amazing, services , neighbors, appointments, pool, gym, ….shampoo the carpet every year ,I would really to thank the Old Cheney place manager and the assistants and the all staff who helped us you are great people and really helpful, nice, solve the issues fast
Living at Old Cheney Place apartments has been easy breezy! The staff is so friendly and they have fun, free things for the tenants often. The maintenance team is always very helpful too. Everyone is so respectful of each other and it’s a quiet, safe neighborhood to live in! I would recommend to a friend for sure.
Love this place. Love everything and everyone here. They take really good care of ya and are there that day or the next to fix something or take of the issue. I have made this my home. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I feel very secure with entrance and the grounds to be there and to walk to my car in the very early hours. Very safe. Thanks to everyone in the apartment area.
Honestly the best part about living here is the fact that the staff is super helpful and friendly, and the management is great - very responsive and accommodating! Definitely better than other places I've lived, by far.
I have been with this complex for two years now and have been extremely happy with that decision. The larger company, Broadmoor, in my and others experience has provided very clean, affordable accomadations with absolutely no concerns. This particular residence is exceptionally well managed with prompt and professional maintenance, and a very friendly and personable office staff. Old Cheney Place is my first recommendation for anyone new to the city, or looking for a new home. You will not regret a decision to move here.

My apartment at Old Cheney Place was my first ever apartment. I had moved from Illinois to Lincoln & toured 22 different apartments complexes, but Old Cheney Place was my favorite by far. The apartments are very comfortable & reasonably priced. Personally, I don't like my home looking like an office space, so I'm glad the buildings here are classic, well built, & have a great home-feel. All neighbors I've met have been friendly & you have a great mix of younger people living around with nice older folks & families too. A lot of places in Lincoln are overcharging rent for a quick buck at overly modern living spaces, so I'd recommend Old Cheney Place to anyone looking for a classic apartment complex with friendly staff in a safe spot of town. Security is also great & first floor apartments feel very safe!

I've moved to Old Cheney Place by Broadmoor in 2018 and have no desire to leave. Management and staff are always very friendly, welcoming and understanding. Whenever there is a issue the maintenance staff is punctual and get the job done. The apartments are kept up, landscape is always in tip top shape, lawn mowed and such. The property is always respectably taken care of. Rent prices maintain affordable and consistent from the almost 2 years I've resided here. The Management team goes above and beyond to ensure that their residents are taken well care of and they have provided special events in celebrating and thanking their residents. Great location, near South Pointe Mall and has a nice pool!!

We love living at Old Cheney Place. Any time we have had something wrong, maintenance is at our apartment as soon as possible. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend living at OCP.
Hands down the best place to live! The ladies at the office are hard working, over achieving, and just all around amazing people to around. They even send out birthday cards, extremely thoughtful! Its a clean, and friendly environment. The apartment is very updated and clean, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!
