The staff size is small but effective. They know the tenants and vice versa. They’re timely in response to your issues and will take the time to listen to your concerns. There are approximately 8 apts on every floor and 23fl to the building with basically 5ppl running the building, I appreciate their hard work and dedication.

Living in Oglesby Towers offers a prime location being steps from the lake and public transportation, a dream for someone without a car. All of the staff is friendly, professional, and truly care about the tenants' concerns and requests. The apartments are lovely and have outstanding views. It's why I have lived here since 1997 and will continue to do so.

I was okay there but I had problem with the location and the fridge that used lots of energy and also a lot of other residents didn't follow the policy of non-smoking. also some times I meet some addicted people in the tower who were other resident. finally the amount of rent was so high that based on the location it wasn't worth

As a long-time tenant of Oglesby Towers, I would highly recommend renting an apartment here. Excellent on-site management, steps from public transportation and park and beautiful apartments. Safety, especially the package retrieval system is invaluable

The process from searching to viewing the apartment and signing my lease was pretty stress free and straightforward

I have lived at Oglesby Tower for at least 5 to 6 years, I like it better since the elevators have been fixed. I would recommend this building because of the location and beautiful views.
Living here at Oglesby Towers is very satisfying to me. Management and maintenance team are very professional and respectful. I love my apartment and the convenience of the services. The tenants in the building are nice.
Great place, Great north views. Concrete walls! No neighbor noise. Concrete doesn't burn!

The building manager, along with her staff, possesses extensive expertise and displays a welcoming and professional demeanor. They consistently deliver reliable and efficient results, ensuring tasks are promptly accomplished. However, my issue with the building is the unreliable elevators.

I enjoy living here at Oglesby Towers. The new management team ( Natalie and Angie) make sure you feel welcome and keep you informed of any issues and updates to the building. The maintenance team (Devon and Ed) handled repairs very professionally and they clean up after repairs. Housekeeping (G) is very good at keeping our floor clean. I would recommend Oglesby Towers it’s a great place to live.

Our current administrative team work collectively to make sure tenants are happy. Not short of exercising quality control to make sure things are well when a maintenance order is placed. The feel of family when you enter the office, and community room is welcoming. A smile goes a long way. Having coffee and tea is so nice. Gives a few minutes to say hello to staff and other residents. Seasonal decorations are surely welcomed. Most importantly, residents welcome the monthly birthday email. A nice personal touch. Maintenance staff are polite and willing to do what they can to make sure you are happy with the work completed. General communication from the manager is detailed, and timely. The only con statement is to have maintenance wear shoe covering when entering an apartment.

I really appreciate the building’s maintenance/engineering crew (Mike & Ed) for all of their expertise! Every request that I had was resolved within 2-24 hours and they are always professional, pleasant, and make me feel safe (which is important as a single woman!). They always keep me informed and if there are multiple visits, they keep me in the know. Thank you guys!

I feel safe and secure in the building and the apartment is okay a little small from what I've been used to but the elevator situation outrageous! We senior citizens deserve better!
I have been here since October 2017, living in Oglesby Towers has been very nice. Management team has changed several times and each team has done a wonderful job in my opinion. If there are any repairs needed the maintenance crew Is there to help fix the problem. This building is in a nice location and my neighbors are very nice.

It’s been three years and I LOVE my place!!!! The view is BEAUTIFUL and location is great. Easy to get everywhere!!! Nothing is perfect and the building does have a few issues like the inconsistent elevators and tuck pointing issues. However I have noticed that management is making a noticeable effort to correct some of the issues. Maintenance is great!!! Mike is on it!!! One of the main reasons my stay has been such a great experience. Kudos to the team for always trying hard!!! I love my place!!!!

My experience of Oglesby Tower Apartment as highly met my expectations. I love the view Ana’s the neighbors here are very friendly. A place that I call home. I would definitely recommend.

As a long-time resident of Oglesby Towers, since 1997, it's a wonderful place to live. Maintenance staff is excellent and the building's location right at the lakefront is priceless. Another plus is the access to public transportation--at our doorstep with express buses available to whisk you downtown or nearby Hyde Park neighborhood in 15 minutes to a half hour.

Oglesby Towers Apartments is a very safe and secure place to live and the Manger team is awesome (great). I would recommend anyone, more so an older person looking for a place to retire and settle down in. The building is very quiet without drama. I love it so far. I only been here for one month. Everybody mind there own business yet they are very friendly. And the speak to you in passing. I am a very private person.
