Even i moved out the staff at Odyssey has being helpful and súper nice. Yuri, Vicky and Ernesto helped me before, during and after. I really miss it but to got a home for me and my Family.

Las casas estan muy modernas. Me gusta mucho la privacidad que tienen y lo tranquilo que es el lugar. En la oficina Yuri y Vicki son super amables y siempre dispuestas a ayudar. Cada vez que necesito a Ernesto siempre esta dispuesto a ayudar y no se demora en hacer su trabajo.
We love this place. It feels like we live in our own home. We enjoy our private backyard and the amazing pool. The staff is very friendly.
This place is simply perfect for pet lovers. FENCED IN YARDS! Neighbors are super friendly and the office staff are incredible and always ready to help. A smaller community full of charm! They even have food trucks come out and frequent events for the community.
We are 2 year tenants. We love Odyssey. The units are full detached homes providing privacy, a back yard, and good sound isolation. We enjoy our home cinema and music without worry of disturbing others. The yard is very private and so much better than just a balcony. Odyssey is also pet friendly - our dog loves it. We don’t use the pool area a lot because we put a hot tub in our back yard but anytime we have gone to the pool there’s always lots of chairs and seldom more than one or two others there. The common areas are very clean and well maintained.
Odyssey at Soltura has completely exceeded our expectations! From the moment we toured the property, we were impressed by the modern design, pristine landscaping, and welcoming atmosphere. The home itself is spacious, beautifully finished, and thoughtfully laid out perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. The amenities here are truly top notch: a resort style pool, fully equipped fitness center, and peaceful walking paths make it feel like a vacation every day. The community is quiet, safe, and incredibly well-maintained. Plus, the location is fantastic close to shopping, dining, and all that Fort Myers has to offer. The staff is another highlight professional, responsive, and genuinely friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel at home and take great care of the property and its residents. If you're looking for luxury living with a neighborhood feel, Odyssey at Soltura is the perfect place to call home. We couldn’t be happier!
I've been living at Odyssey for over a year now and I've had a great experience here. I love the layout of my villa and having a backyard is perfect for my dog. The whole community is very dog friendly, so that is a huge plus for me. The staff has been very helpful and I honestly can't recommend them enough. My work orders have been completed promptly and service in the leasing department has always been at a high standard. Yury and Vicky are very friendly and easy to work with. 5 stars from me!
Moving in was a breeze, standalone design feels like a fully private house and home, fenced backyard area is perfect and very good size, rare to find. Plenty of parking, simple but good quality amenities without unnecessary extras and a great pool, which is never too busy. Very friendly and helpful staff, efficient and great maintenance. All utilities and Wi-Fi bundled into one payment, which is convenient. Great location for getting to anything needed nearby for shopping or supplies. A quick drive along 82 to downtown Fort Myers or straight onto 75 North/South in either direction without too much traffic. Nice quiet Neighbourhood with plenty of places to walk nearby. Peaceful and surrounded by trees and birds.
This community is beautiful and quiet. I brought my sister along with me for a tour and she fell in love the moment she saw the backyard. The home vibes are definitely there. The best part is the leasing agents, Yuri and Vicky are the best!!!! So helpful and knowledgeable. We are calling this place home for a while. Plus is right off the highway.

We have been renting from Odyssey on Soltura for over 2 years, and we have consistently experienced the best residential support service from the property staff. Yury and Vicky are extremely helpful and reliable. Whenever we have had any concerns, they have been more than willing to discuss them and to find a helpful solution. The property is clean, modern and it is in a convenient location. The maintenance team is great, handling any problem promptly and kindly. The apartment homes are spacious on the inside and have a nice backyard area. They are also a pet friendly community. Overall, it has been a pleasant experience. I could not be happier with my decision to rent here!
