Located just over 16 miles north of Downtown Albuquerque near Rio Rancho, Seven Bar North is a welcoming residential neighborhood that displays classic New Mexican style. Tree-lined streets, cacti gardens, and stucco houses with terracotta roofs evoke Pueblo-style homes and keep the heat of the desert out. Residents have easy access to Cottonwood Mall and a number of highly-rated schools in the area. There are several parks and green spaces just west near Richland Hills. Excellent apartment complex, but my rent has increased 82.5% since I moved in 4 yrs ago. So if you don't mind 20%+ yearly increases in your rent, you might want to look for another place to rent

The general manager has been helpful in addressing the many issues I’ve experienced at this property since signing my lease. While I have seen significant improvement in how the property has been handled since moving in, I would not recommend anyone live here if they can afford to move someplace with better service and commitment to residents’ needs.

Our family recently moved from out of state. The community is nestled back so it’s quiet and enjoyable while adding the convenience of shopping one block away. I cannot boast about the amenities here enough. The valet trash service, pools, incredible workout facility and the Luxor mail room. We love it.

The quality was poor, the price was high, the amenities didn’t exist for the majority of my time living here, fixing or replacing anything took months, there was mold when we moved in, and anytime we brought these concerns to management we were met with inconsistent information and an insulting tone.

I've seen many changes since living here 23 years. I love my apartment as it looks over a grassy, pretty backyard and it houses my large furniture well with a walk-in closet too. Maintenance is great and timely! The Manager and office crew are so kind and helpful; the delivery of packages they keep for pickup is exceptional! Newly designed apartments is happening every day-wonderful!

I love the location thats the number one reason I'm here, the pool, and patio view are next as the really great things here. There is a desire for better with kitchen appliances and carpet but all in all maintenance is quick and staff are kind and very helpful. They do care about residents. Not sure about the new management I know there are changes but havnt had a chance to know them other than noticing painting going on and they have more lights around the property which is good. Grass in some spots. They are working on the face-lift for the property. I've had a good experience here after some residents have moved out. Its been more peaceful in the building after renovations are done. I think I was lucky to get this unit because the view and closeness to the pool. My daughter is handicapped and the only issue we really have in that aspect is rails on the right side of stairs are not present or parking in handicapped spots can be taken up if its late.

This place sucks you will be very unhappy and treated poorly, the office staff will always treat you like you inconveniencing them and good luck trying to get anything fixed you mite as well call a professional to come and fix it cause you won’t ever get maintenance to. And the only answer you’ll ever get is it Has to be approved by corporate and Abby.

I have been a long time resident (approx 15 yrs) and would have recommended the community to everyone. Now that new ownership has taken over, my rent is going up by $500/mo . I have to move from the home I raised my son in. So no, I won't be recommending this community to anyone.

Location in town is great: Intel is minutes away (and one could probably walk to it if they don’t mind the traffic on Coors). The main swimming pool was closed over the summer, and the weight room (to my knowledge) hasn’t re-opened post-Covid yet (as of early February 2023). People in the complex are fairly nice, and it’s easy to walk around the complex. Definitely pet-friendly, with waste stations scattered around the complex.

Everything about Odyssey Ridge is so great they'll have a hard time getting rid of me. The front office staff is very friendly and great to work with. The maintenance crews are very thorough and highly competent. I highly recommend Odyssey Ridge.

Prep work prior to move in was very poorly done. By comparison to other area apartment complexes with comparable rent, the flooring and cabinets and appliances need to be significantly updated.

Although I am a new resident I feel that their is no sense of urgency with following up on maintenance work orders, I haven’t even heard back from office staff since I moved in.

It's horrible with bugs, leaks, extra fees that are fraudulent beyond comprehension, and rude office staff. Abby solid but the rest of them always act like you're bothering them and that getting maintenance isn't something on their priority. Just say no.

The owners violate every habitability law there is. I have rented several places before and was shocked at the blatant fraud in fees. The parking lot is a great place to get assaulted at night and beggars will come up to you each time you get into your car. Roaches and no maintenance to upkeep the place. They will not allow outside contractors to come in because they violate safety codes. Just say no.
I just ended my lease with the Core Vistas. There is so much to say: There are bugs (ROACHES) that come out of the walls, drains, floor boards etc. When asked about bug spray its only the outside perimeter not the unit. When trying to get an outside company to spray the complex is considered "Commercial," therefore you will have ISSUES!! Maintenance is a joke. That needs more support from CRH to actually fix and maintain the upkeep of the apartments. There is trash and store baskets located underneath stairs and by dumpster. It's an eye sore to even go outside. I would AVOID and save your money!
This place is full of thugs who lurk around your cars all the time. You’ll have to buy flood insurance in the middle of the desert because they don’t take care of their maintenance at all. If you have an emergency good luck. They will tell you that’s what your insurance is for. Meanwhile, your entire life gets ruined and everything you loved is destroyed and your weekend a nightmare. Don’t even get me started on how they talk to you. It’s like you’re bothering them when you call.
The amenities are used against you. The maintenance wouldn’t be necessary if they maintained their property. They force you to buy flood insurance because your apartment will always flood. Don’t even get me started on the staff. They are some of the rudest people you’re ever going to deal with for landlords. Their tone of voice is terrible, they forget what they told you and then turn around and use it against you. They’re just rude. Every time I’ve had to deal with them they act like they’re put out. They’ve almost run me over in the parking lot trying to show new tenants how wonderful this place is. That should be a hint for the newbies. If you’re used to good customer service and polite people you don’t wanna live here. Your neighbors will be people that sell drugs and come and go all day and drive around the parking lot all hours of the night. They will hit your car and not bother to leave a note. Like I said, you don’t want to live here. The fix is to this place would be to maintain the property, higher some security, kick out the tenants that are selling drugs and maintain some semblance of order for safety. I’m honestly just waiting for the day when somebody decides to sue the crap out of them. It will probably take that for these people to begin to understand how to behave And how to treat the people that provide their jobs.
I've lived here now for almost a full year, and I can honestly say that dollar for dollar this is by far the best apartment complex in Albuquerque. The rooms are spacious, the maintenance guys are good at their work and fast. They have a lot of work to do, but they never leave you hanging for long. The complex is surprisingly clean for a pet friendly complex, and parking is decent even in the crowded spots. The price is very good, even with sewer/trash, etc added in at the end. The staff is always friendly and reasonable. You will not regret living here.
Before choosing the Vistas at Seven Bar Ranch to call home I looked all over the City and Core Vistas were the best for the price, The Managers Kara and Abby make me feel like family here, they really care about their Residents and it shows, they are so nice and professional and I wouldn't want to be any where else. I love my Apartment home, it is so nice and spacious and I have a beautiful view of the City and the Pool. I have been here for years and I'm extremely happy to be a part of this community. Thank you Kara and Abby for making me feel at home here and everything you do for your Residents, you go over and beyond.
