HVAC 89°F Work Order 9/5 I don't understand why the sane survey is generated from Opiniions after each maintenance work order to rate Oceanaire when no one has called us, looked at my problem, or rectified it. I would send the survey out once maintenance is completed work order. It's been about 4 hours since I put an urgent work order in for urgent due to 89°F in my apartment. Acknowledgement to me or my son would be nice.

Great Maintenance I have lived here for almost 2 years and I love it. Maintenance is fantastic and quickly repair your needs. The office managers are a delight to interact with treating you like family. Oceanaire really loves it’s residences by having many activities for our apartment community, including pool parties and cook outs. Every year the managers will hand out complimentary breakfast at the gate to get your work day started. Which is so nice. I highly recommend residing at Oceanaire Apartments especially if you enjoy quiet apartment living.

I lived at Oceanaire for 2 years and really loved it. The office staff and maintenance crew are fantastic and are by far the most standout thing about this complex. Oceanaire was the first complex I have ever lived in where the staff friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful. The complex is full of young families (a lot of military). The units are nice and I had nothing to complain about, but they aren't going to change your life. Location wise, there's not much to note in walking distance, but you're a short drive from tons of options: 5 minutes from the grocery store and fast food, 10 minutes from the major shopping center and from the casino strip, and 15 minutes from Keesler AFB or Ocean Springs (the local food/artsy area). Only complaints are that it doesn't have a gym, but there's some cheap gyms within 5 minute drive, and a park with a mulch walking track a mile down the road. And the main gate seems to be broken a lot.

While the staff is incredibly helpful there are some things that need to be improved. When it comes to security, I suggest parking near one of the few cameras they have onsite. My car was backed into during my stay and I was unable to find who was responsible because there was only one camera and my vehicle was out of the frame (the other cameras by the gate were down as well). The next thing that needs to be improved is management's communication amongst themselves. During the process of moving out, management had mixed up the date that I was moving out after I told them at least twice. Because of the miscommunication the washer and dryer that I was renting was taken (my stuff still being in the apartment should have been their first clue that I was still there) so I was unable to do some last minute laundry before I moved out. If you want an affordable and quiet place to live, or if you are military and are in the Biloxi area for a short period, this apartment is for you... just hope that management has improved their communication skills amongst themselves.

It begins when you meet the staff, experienced, enthusiastic, community centered and resident focused. Property Manager is always improving property, creating events to bring the community together as one. The apartments are truly a home, a place to let the stress of the world just wash away. The property location couldn't be better for accessing quickly all of the coast events that are offered. The school system is one of the top districts in the entire state. The consistent upgrades and attention to residential demands makes this the perfect place to call home.

Excellent location near Keesler Air Force Base, only 10 minutes away from the beach and not too far from Ocean Springs. Zero maintenance issues. Area is quite with kind neighbors. They have wonderful and welcoming staff. I would recommend to everyone!

Love these apartments, great staff who manages! If anything is broken, it is fixed immediately and they have so many fun things for residents and their kids :) signing my third year lease this month!

The management at these apartments are horrible. They don't care about anything except collecting rent. They will also take you for every penny if your deposit. They are understaffed as far as maintainance goes. There are bugs and cockroaches. The pest control will come out and spray but you will be blamed in the end even if your apartment is clean. They are overpriced. You have to pay a pet fee of several hundred dollars that is just to simply have your pet living there as well as a monthly rent cost for your pet. They also do not allow posts or reviews on their Facebook page. There are plenty other complexes in the area to choose from that have more amenities available.

We searched high and low for an apartment when we were getting married. After months of searching, we came across the Oceanaire and we knew it was where we both wanted to make our first home. The grounds are kept up very well, the staff is friendly, and they are also pet friendly. The sense of security at the complex was definitely very important to me and my husband. We feel safe when we walk our dog or when we are just hanging out at home alone. The management is quick to serve our needs, and the maintenance crew has been amazing. We couldn't ask for a better staff. The apartments themselves are very nice, spacious, and very well insulated. We hear very little noise from our neighbors. We highly recommend checking out the Oceanaire. It's a wonderful place to call home. Tell them Cody and Lacy Sent you.

Oceanaire Apartments have a modern designed interior, and balcony space to enjoy the evenings. The complex is quiet and the pool area is never overcrowded. The grounds are well kept, and always improving. The Management staff is great , they always have community events for the residence. The maintenance staff is also amazing, always on top of anything you need. I love the location with shopping for groceries only a few minuets away, along with the promenade shopping center. Easy access to head to downtown Biloxi or Ocean Springs, right on the out side of the main roads through town. Great place for military as well.

Oceanaire apartments are very clean, nice, and well maintained. Unfortunately, there are not many amenities, but the great management and overall facility makes up for that issue.
