Oasis Pointe

Management here is horrible. They never take out trash to the point that I can see roaches running around the parking waiting to get inside of our apartment. Parking spots are different problem here… talked to manager several times but no action was taken… EVER.

I've been trying to get the check for the security deposits for months they gave me a check with no funds, they still don't know if they send the check or not, they stop answering my calls and emails, I still don't know why they can't even do something so simple even when I've been open to help. You'll find legal problems if you rent in here!

The management office is not responsive when it comes to services requests or providing information. I have been trying to reach out to Crown Residential about getting my deposit back after 45 days, and still no answer.

Stay AWAY !!! Garage open and cars broken into. Always full with no space to park on your floor. Entire staff needs to be fired. I’ve watched them YELL at residents. They won’t give you your deposit back. We waited months and they tried to charge us for things we did not do. Should have taken them to court. Trash always piled up. 130$ fees on top of rent. 75$ for internet that doesn’t work so if you work from home good luck. Will lie to you about every single thing and not honor what they said because they’re incompetent and no one knows what they’re doing. Changed management 5 times. Good luck trying to get maintenance. They building was doing air bnb so there were random people partying drunk at the pool every weekend. Nothing safe or luxury about this at all. Don’t be fooled by the nice pool, we couldn’t wait to leave this place and any good reviews are fake !!!

It’s decent. Office isn’t very professional compared to the team we had when I first moved in. And they are absolutely terrible at communicating with residents, via email, calls, etc.

I recently moved into Oasis. All of the staff members from maintenance to management have been very helpful and extremely friendly. It made moving in a little stressful. Thanks Greystar!

I love this place. The localization is so cool, the structure of the building and the outside areas are amazing.

Oasis Pointe is a great community to call home. Love the amenities and location of the building next to Dania Pointe with many restaurants, entertainment and shops. I look forward to monthly events to meet my neighbors!

I love living at Oasis Pointe, I moved in about a year ago and truly enjoy my new home! My apartment is very bright with tons of natural light and best sunset views you could have. I look forward to the events and meeting my neighbors. It is a well-appointed building with all amenities in one place, working in the co-working space is a big plus for me especially working from home. The gym and pool make are great for after work relaxation. I highly recommend this beautiful place I call home near everything!

My experience at Oasis Pointe has been a positive one! The amenities are great, and the location can't be beat. I'm right across Dania Pointe, which has everything I ever may need, and am half a mile away from i95 between miami and fort lauderdale. Staff is friendly and approachable. The building also hosts bi-weekly or monthly events and they're so awesome! I've never lived in a building that gave their residents fitness classes and wine events!

Do not rent here. My internet issue still has not been fixed (for relocation of wireless AP for better signal in bedroom where I work from home). 7th floor south end of parking garage still does not have handicap parking (I am handicap). Property advertised 24/7 saltwater pool (this is not the case). Elevators are constantly breaking or being serviced (one of the south end elevators is still broken). Garage safety deterrents are non-existent (there are no garage cameras above first floor parking level and thieves have stolen my car airbag whilst parked on 5th floor south end handicap spot (costed me $1,000 in insurance deductable and my car still is not safe from future break-ins as there is no security guard, garage cameras on each floor, or gate security deterrent. And most of all, property management has been extremely hard to reach via telephone since Greystar took over. I either have to physically show up on person or write via email and wait for 2-3 day response.

I would not recommend living here. Security is a major issue. We had a package stolen and our car broken in to in the community parking garage. Neither issue was addressed by the property management company. Also, short term rentals are now available which adds to the safety concerns since these guests are not properly vetted. Parking is consistently a problem with illegally parked vehicles.

Love living at Oasis Pointe, great amenities and events. The shopping plaza across the street with fresh market, restaurants and entertainment is convenient that I do not use my car much. I am very close to the beach and highways. The staff are very professional and courteous. You will love living in Oasis Pointe!
