Property Ratings at Oasis Palms
My townhome is super nice. Upon moving in the cleaning was done very well and the townhome was in very good condition and move in ready! Management and maintenance make sure the property stays nice and clean. I love the location, it is close to everything. Nice and quiet neighborhood.
Unless you'd like an unexpected knock at the door from the landlord with NO notice, id suggest you find a place that gives you a legal notice of 24/hrs for inspection.
This apartment is by far the most well kept apartment complex in the area. The rooms are light and the living area is great open concept design. Master bath is huge, although it is lacking in storage. The two tone paint is modern and fresh, it's a good place to live!
