With tidy apartment buildings and spacious single-family homes lining the meandering streets of Silver Lake, this suburb four miles south of Wilmington welcomes residents with a sense of serenity and amazing access to water-based recreation. We sold our home and moved to the Oasis at Riverlights 3 years ago this June. The Oasis Apartments and the Riverlights Master Community (RL) give you a unique relaxed coastal vibe, yet the Oasis at RL is super convenient to the entire Greater Wilmington Area - from downtown Wilmington to several coastal beach towns, restaurants, shopping, regional hospital and airport. But the best part of the Oasis at Riverlights is whether you are just enjoying the beautifully kept pool area, like you would experience at a resort hotel, or you just enjoying the over all RL Community area you don't have to think about what time is "check out" because you live here.

I have been one of the first residents. Yes there has been growing pains but the new management has really turned it around. Oasis is a safe community with great people. I have a large dog and the poop bins are frequent and always have bags and treats for them. As a single parent I feel comfortable with my kids home alone (yes they are old enough) knowing that management and neighbors always look out for them with positive affirmations.

I'm coming up on a year here at Oasis at Riverlights. Though the staff has changed since I first moved in, everyone has been extremely helpful and friendly during my stay. I would bring my elderly father to visit and he loved meeting the other residents and attending the numerous social events offered by the property. This is a pet friendly community, convenient to grocery shopping, walking trails and great restaurants. Bonus- the evening views of the sunset off the Cape Fear River are absolutely breathtaking!

This complex is very pretty and in a good area, convenient to get around Wilmington as well. The people are nice and the amenities are great. We love the fire Pitt area. My only critique is the dog park is not good, but there’s a huge gravel path around a scenic pound that’s great for walks!

I've been here a month and it's great! If I had one complaint it's the parking, but that comes with any apartment complex this big, and that they charge a monthly fee for a parking pass which I've not experienced at a complex outside of NY or DC in high rise apartment buildings in the city center.

I love the Oasis at Riverlights community! Beautiful river and pond views. Management was extremely respectful and respectful and maintenance requests were fulfilled in under 48 hours. The apartments are good quality units and are highly secure with stairwell access restricted by key fob entry only. I feel safe living here and it has lots of green space to walk the dog. Highly recommend!

We’ve been renting here for almost a year while we prepared to purchase a home. Apartment living can be difficult, but Oasis at Riverlights has been the exception. Our 3-bedroom unit feels less like an apartment and more like a home, with plenty of open space, a great floor plan, and well appointed finishes. We’ll soon be moving on to a new home, but will miss living in this complex in this gorgeous, quiet area of Wilmington. We’ve enjoyed taking our dog for walks to the nearby river piers and around the neighboring pond. However, our dog always leads us to the leasing office where he’s enthusiastically greeted by the friendly staff before he makes his way to the doggie bar. We’ve been impressed with the variety of activities and special events the complex hosts. From food trucks to community gatherings to candle-making classes… there’s always something to put on the calendar. We’ve been more than pleased and will miss this temporary home at Oasis. ~Bobbi E.

My husband and I moved in around Christmas and we are absolutely loving it! Perfect location. Walking distance to Marina Village that has restaurants, shops and a bar. Not far from the beaches or downtown. The common areas are always nice and clean. And the ladies in the office are always so nice and helpful!

I’ve lived A LOT of places and I’ve never felt quite as at home as I do at oasis. I moved here from chicago and fell in love with the entire riverlights community- close to downtown, Wrightsville and Carolina beach but far enough away to be surrounded by nature, water and unparalleled sunsets ??. The apartments at oasis are spacious, the amenities are alway cleans and there’s a great community. Staff is friendly and the building hosts great community events from food trucks, candle making classes, yoga or bbqs. The entire community is incredibly dog friendly ?? Additionally it’s a quick walk to marina village for a summer concert, weekend groove market, a meal, mani or retail therapy!

I have lived downtown for a few years and recently moved here! This is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in. The leasing agents/staff are incredible and so nice! The building itself is nice and the construction looks like people actually spent time building and doing the interior unlike others where they just throw up the apartment and things are incorrect. Krista helped us sign our lease and the whole process was so smooth and easy! We love living here!!!

We moved into a corner unit on 4th floor in February 22. My plants LOVE it. The floor is vinyl tile and it is perfect for pets. Very friendly social community. And the activities for residents are very fun! Location perfect for us while we are awaiting our house completion.

I reached out this morning after I left for work with a plumbing issue in my bathroom worried that I would come home late tonight to a non functioning toilet. But within an hour, all while I was at work the maintenance team was in my apartment and has the problem fixed. Communication was so easy and smooth and I very pleased with the service and hospitality overall!

The Oasis at Riverlights is an amazing place. We moved here fairly recently and absolutely love it! The staff are so friendly. Krista, the property manager, and Resa and Abby, are always so kind and extremely responsive. I hope none of them ever leave because they are, in large part, what has made our experience so amazing. They made our move a breeze. Our daughter loves to go with us to the package room or the office just to see them all because of how nice they are. Then, there's the people... the other tenants.... everyone has been super nice. Lots of dog and cat people and everyone is really friendly and nice to talk to. I think this place attracts a great caliber tenant. Everyone seems happy to be here for the most part and it shows in the fact that everyone that we've encountered takes pride in the place and helps keep it clean. It's actually the cleanest and friendliest apartment complex I've ever seen. The maintenance department is really great too. We put in a service request for a slow-draining tub and within a couple of hours it was fixed. Amazing! The amenities are perfect - from the pool to the way they handle packages with the Luxer One system, to the community activities... they even have a trash concierge service where someone comes by and collects your trash for you!!: it's really kinda perfect here. There's even a dog/pet park and spa! We planned to move here for a year while we settled on where to buy a house; and honestly, we might not ever leave. :) We're right by the Cape Fear so every night and morning there are beautiful sunrises and sunsets; there's amazing places to walk and you're super close to so many great places to shop and eat. If I sound like I'm gushing, it's because I am. We love it here. If you are moving to the Wilmington, NC, area and are wondering where to live; let me help you out - stop looking and just call The Oasis. It's aptly named. You'll love it here.

Moved back to Wilmington after living in Charlotte for the last 7 years and am blown away with this apartment community. Besides the wifi in the clubhouse being a bit iffy on the weekends and during high volume morning times, I am in love. I thought the location would be hard (I grew up off Eastwood Rd) but this area is popping off. A brand new Harris Teeter, nail salon, K38, Port City Java etc just recently opened down the road so the location is amazing. The amenities are legit..a huge tastefully and cozy decorated club house with indoor and outdoor gathering space, office space with private offices and a conference room, a complimentary espresso machine we all love so much, incredible gym with functional fitness area, cardio equipment (including a step mill and rower)! There’s a dog park for my fur baby, and a playground for my 3 year old. We moved in November, so we haven’t had the opportunity to take advantage of the fire pit, grill and pool. The amenities alone are enough to set this place apart, but the hospitality from the staff is world class. We had issues with upstairs neighbors noises and they received the complaint, empathized, and followed their protocol in a professional manner. It felt amazing to feel heard and taken care of, rather than dismissed like so many other property managers treat their tenants. I love it here.

Oasis at RL is calm, quiet, off the beaten path, but still super conveniently located. The “town square” has great restaurants and shops. Residents are friendly but mostly keep to themselves. Not a college party complex at all. Pet friendly. Very friendly and helpful staff. I think the rent is very fair considering location, amenities, and quality.

I have been at Oasis at Riverlights for 2 months and it has been a great experience. The staff is super helpful. The units have a floorpan that works well and is easy to keep clean. The location is great!

We have been living at Oasis at River Lights for almost one year now and we are happy with our apartment, the facility, and the staff. We have made new friends and we enjoy the many social activities that Krista Bland and the staff put together. We have had only one issue with a fellow dweller and it was handled in an effective and professional manner by the staff. Signing a new lease for another year should say it all. My husband and I have lived in the apartments since September of 2022. The staff made our transition from to Wilmington super easy. The entire staff is extremely helpful and easy to reach with any questions or concerns that we have. The amenities are always clean, including the gym and common area where you are able to cook food. It is also just a short walk to the river with some adorable restaurants and amazing sunsets.

I have enjoyed living at the Oasis. Very close to everything the beach,shopping and nice restaurants. I live in an one bedroom apartment and it is very spacious and quiet.

Have really enjoyed living here the past few months since moving to Wilmington. The apartment complex is in a great area right by the river. There are great restaurants and shops within walking distance from the apartments. Great amenities as well , the pool and gym are very convenient to have. Also enjoy being able to walk in the neighborhood around the complex. The floor plans are very open and modern which is nice. Food trucks and events that they put on are great as well! Have had a great experience living here thus far.

My husband and I moved to Wilmington recently & we LOVE Oasis at Riverlights. The apartments are nice and spacious and at a great price point as well. We also love all the amenities, such as the pool, gym & coffee machine! We love living in the Riverlights community, it’s is quiet but there is still so much to do!

Riverlights is just a gorgeous community in and of itself. I moved in to a 2 bedroom Oasis apartment about 6 months ago and it’s been everything I’ve wanted and more. Truly the most up to date and beautiful layout/appliances. Very spacious, great natural lighting. Beautiful views of the lake and river and the community as a whole has SO much to offer from fun events to the cute downtown area with smoke on the water and other shops/restaurants. It’s been lovely living in this community!

Oasis” is the perfect name for this community. Everyday I enjoy beautiful sunsets by the lake and river. I moved from a sought after condo community in downtown Denver, CO with concierge services, so did not believe that I would find the community or amenities to compare. I have!!! The staff is excellent! Thank you to all of these wonderful people for working so hard to make this feel like home.

Living at Oasis at Riverlights is awesome. Apartments are beautiful. They are Pet Friendly. The Ladies in the office are awesome. I'm going on a year living here and I never had to call maintenance. My other complex I had to call maintenance at least once a week. I feel completely safe living at Oasis. I love that you need a fob to get into the complex and your apartment. Makes you feel safe. The views are great. Love the courtyard. Someone is always out there to mingle with. I highly recommend Oasis.

Before I get into it, this is my 100% truthful opinion on these amazing apartments. Me and my significant other are from Charlotte NC, we decided to start looking at apartments in Wilmington because we love the water. So after doing a substantial amount of research, we picked out 10 apartments to tour, Oasis being our very last stop. Arriving at the Riverlights community for the first time was like a breath of fresh air, from the beautiful lakes surrounding the complex, the layout of the apartments itself, all the way to the management team. The second we arrived we felt welcomed, we were assisted by the property manager Krista. Krista was very upfront and honest when it came to rent prices and other fees, which was greatly appreciated. She showed us a 2bd apt, and it was beautiful. Once we got back to Charlotte, we applied for the 1bd without even seeing it, this is how much confidence we had and still have in this community. . BEST DECISION YET. We love it, our dogs love it... Moving in was a breeze, everyone in the office is so nice and so easy to get a hold of when you have any questions. I've moved into quite a few apartment homes, none of which have been this easy. We have now lived here for a month and some change, we wake up every morning to a beautiful view of a lake with fountains, and all different types of birds flying over the water. There are sidewalks that will take you everywhere, shops, the Cape Fear River, restaurants, etc. The gym is great too. But If you're looking for an apartment with much to do, this is it. We plan on buying kayaks for the spring, since there is a kayak ramp on the lake. 10/10 recommendation.

This is my first time living completely on my own and it is a phenomenal place! Gorgeous interior, amazing management, and they keep up on the maintenance year round. It is close to a couple restaurants just steps away, and the beach is only 10 minutes away. You are close to everything but tucked away so you don’t hear a lot of cars or traffic at all. It is also attached to a beautiful neighborhood which is perfect for runners, walkers, bikers, and dog lovers alike!

Oasis at Riverlights had such an effortless application process. The leasing office was very knowledgeable with quick responses to any questions! The amenities are luxurious and endless. We love the walking trails and sitting by the cozy fires placed around the entire property. The community is wonderful and walkable, but still seems private and away from the noisy city.

My husband and I lived here while we were transitioning. We loved every second. The community is great and the staff are even better. Any minor issues we had were fixed so fast. When we spontaneous bought a house they even made the braking the lease process so seamless. I cannot imagine renting anywhere else after living here.

Just moved in. Let me tell ya, it was seamless from scheduling a tour to move in day. Abby is mega personable, supportive, and genuine. She was responsive and on it! The community is beautiful and friendly. Many great places to walk and restaurants easily accessible. 10/10 and feels really safe.
