For a city that didn't even have a stoplight until 2007, Kyle has become one of the fastest-growing cities in Texas. Part of that is due to its location -- it sits just south of Austin on I-35, roughly an hour northeast of San Antonio. Property Ratings at Oasis at Plum Creek Apartments
Since moving in 3-4 years ago, this property has had four changes in management companies. Its unclear why, but it has cause several problems getting repairs done and maintaining consistent communication with the complex about said repairs. After recently changing units to have more space, it took several months to get our HVAC fixed and we were unaware of the issues until the day we moved in. We have yet to require maintenance since the most recent management change (1 month ago) so we cannot reflect on their response time just yet, but we are hoping they will be more prompt and communicative about things like that.

So far since I moved in late Jan everything has been great. When I had questions they were answered and taken care of. I’m not sure if they he company has changed management but I hope they are still helpful and responsive.

The property mainance is TRASH! I have been out with no AC for 3 days & at 85 degrees. I have a one yr old toddler who cannot handle the heat. It got so bad to the point were we had to stay at a hotel wich we shouldn’t because we pay for the RENT. Whenever I reached out to emergency mainance he said he had been working all day at the property and that he was the only mainance available for the week & was tired and wanted to go home for the day. I have been living here since 2021 & the property management and maintenance seem to get worse and worse as time goes on.

I have lived at this property for almost 4 years. I have thoroughly enjoyed living here and plan to continue to stay. I live on a 3rd floor and have found it to be peaceful. I’ve never had any conflict with any resident or staff member. I love the pool and just, overall, I’m extremely happy here.

It’s okay..location is great, pickleball great, pocketbook great. Now the not so great..green pool, no garages/storage, lastly..none of doors in my apartment close properly from my laundry room to breaker box door.

There needs to be more security, gates are always open. No parking. We need assigned parking. Pool needs better maintenance. Valet trash needs to be picked up. Dog poop everywhere, that needs to be addressed.
