The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Oasis Apartments
Clean and new positive improvements to the apartments. So close to tons of shopping, markets, restaurants and different freeways.
It’s the worst Appartment ever the manger is the worst she doesn’t help with anything the only thing she cares about is the rent nothing else. Everyone in this Appartment needs to be FIRED!!!!!!
I’ve been here more than 2 years but I can’t stand it here anymore. Yes, price is okay but you get for what the price is. They shut off the water too regularly, dirty water comes up the drains in the bathroom every so often and backed up, ac in my apartment is only living rooms, fans don’t do anything, paint in the tub falls off within months, and the apartments are too insulated that it gets too hot for the summer. The water scenery is nice but keep in mind for it attracting more bugs because of the water. Then when it rains, make sure to get rain boots!! it gets badly flooded everywhere; its annoying!!! The parking lot gets too flooded to were theres almost no parking left and the walkways become very hard to walk through because they get badly flooded too. If you live on the first floor, residents on the next floor can be loud. Also, living next to the freeway and the main street can be loud with cars honking, cops sirens and fire trucks. There’s also these trees that drop berry like seeds I believe, sorry I don’t know the type of tree, but it can be very messy and stuck under your shoes therefore dirtying your apartment carpet. Lastly, parking isn’t guaranteed inside. Even paying for extra parking. Sorry, for being so detailed in a negative way but these things add up and clearly are more cons than pros. Just not pleasant living here.
This place is a joke! Management doesn’t do there job. Things get broken quick, if your on the 1st floor you hear every sound from above and all management will do is say we working on it. She ain’t doing anything but letting this place go. Pet friendly though.
