Property Ratings at Oasis Apartments
I love this community, it’s quiet, safe, and close to any store including Walmart, Starbucks, Gasoline stations and more! Also, the living experience is great since their is no bugs in the apartments, they are pet friendly and Claudia the manager is always more than willing to help with anything and everything. Highly recommend these apartments.
The Oasis Apartments is a perfect place to live; It's always Clean, Quiet, Safe, and more importantly Comfortable! Even by the swimming pool ;)! Claudia is an amazing person always so nice good vibes all around! :) She always notified us on upcoming events ahead of time. Shout out to Jose the maintenance guy always busy taking care of business around the apartments. Love how everything so close Walmart, Gas Station, Fast food, and Shopping Center "Gas Saver". Great Area!
We love living here at the Oasis aparemtnes it’s going to be a year Soon since we been here and I love it and feel so Comfortable and safe living here we never had no problems living here. Oasis is the best.
I have been living here since 2005 and 7 Management and 4 or 5 Maintenance. And Claudia and Jose are the best of them all work orders get done on time if you put your work order in they are taken care of that day or no later than the following morning, when you move in everything every rule and policy is explained to you before you move in or sign your lease. The apartments are cleaned and everything is replaced from carpet to flooring nothing from previous tenant. Claudia is the sweetest kindest Manager I have ever had , and Jose is like my Son he is so polite and they both are very respectful . I love living here you're right around everything shopping ,Dinning etc.... Laundry room always clean grounds clean no drugs on property what goes on over the fence or behind us on other properties has nothing to do with Oasis or with our Management. The rules and policy that are given to the tenant are given to Claudia by her boss and the owner no matter where we live in life there will always be RULES and POLICIES. I would like to thank you Claudia and Jose for everything you all are doing for us here at Oasis without you both I can't imagine what this place would be like so thank you Love you both PS. keep up the good work
Claudia is nice and courteous at first, then she does a complete 180 degree turn. Jose is great for maintenance, everything done in a timely manner, except once our refrigerator stopped working over night, some food went bad and we had to go grocery shopping again, which we had just done. Apartment is too small for the price, go down the block and rent a nice apartment (that is bigger) and pay $100 less. We have seen people dealing drugs right behind our complex building. We have seen at least 4 car break-ins in the 10 months we have been here. We were also told that if we leave, they will likely take approximately 50% of our deposit NO MATTER HOW WELL WE CLEAN AND MAINTAINED OUR APARTMENT. They will charge you at least $135 for carpet, $35 for trash, and another $100 for cleaning what you already cleaned and this is aside from anything else they will want to take from you..they will take your deposit no matter what you do, DO NOT MOVE HERE, unless you like your deposit to be stolen from you, possible car break-ins, drug dealing outside your window, and paying more than anyone else in your general area. Windows are not double-pane so your apartment never says the temperature that you want and you run up huge PG&E bills.
I have been living at Oasis for almost a year now. So far it's been an amazing stay. the staff are amazing. Jose and Claudia truly treat you with respect and listen to your concerns. What I love about this complex is that if feels really peaceful. I thought that by being close to a busy street it was going to be annoying with traffic and people walking around. But nope, traffic does not bother me at all. It's not a gated community, but there hardly is any strangers walking around. We only have one exit and entry and there's security cameras facing it. I love that during the summer, Jose cleans the pool EVERYDAY!!! I've never seen a pool soooo clean. I've been to other pools at other apartments where friends live at, and let me tell you that those apartments need to hire Jose. He's a great maintenance guy. This staff is truly awesome. Some of my neighbors have been here for 12 years, I also plan on staying here for as long as possible.
I am currently on my third year in Oasis apartments. I moved here due to job relocation. To be honest, at first I thought I would only be here for a few months which is why I only did month to month, but I'm still here. I don't think I'll be moving out anytime soon. The manager is very friendly and is willing to go an extra mile in helping you out. She helped me in getting to know where certain bus stops(prior to me buying a car) were at and shopping stores. If you ever request a work order, she makes sure it gets completed ASAP. Jose is a wonderful maintenance. He knows what he's doing and he's always smiling and in a happy mood. I once complained about my new neighbors have loud music after 11 pm. I informed Claudia and she took care of it ASAP. After that, its been peaceful and quiet. We have a curfew of no noise from 10 pm to 8 am which everyone follows. I love that Walmart is just across the street. If I wanna save on gas I just walk to the stores around here, plus its good for my health. So far, Oasis apartments has truly been an oasis!
We have lived year about a year now. My husband and I truly like living here. If there is any thing wrong they immediately get it fix without us having to tell them twice. The manager Claudia is on top of everything and Jose get things working. Claudia and Jose are both courteous and treat you with respect. Overall, Oasis Apartments is a safe a great place to live. I highly recommended for families to live here. We are planning to stay in Oasis until we are able to buy a house that only if rent doesn't go up. Thank you Oasis for the great services and Merry Christmas!!!!!
I currently live at oasis apartments and must say that I love it. I've been living here for 14 years now. Work orders get done very quickly. Its really close to Walmart which is convenient.
