A very pleasant place to live, very family oriented and pet friendly. I lived there for 8 years the property manager is very nice. When I needed something fixed they would they do it. I would recommend living here.

Really good pricing for the size and location as well

The condition of our apartment is very good. We moved in Sept 2015 and looking to become parents sooner than later so we rented a 2 Bed 1 Bath. All apartments have walk through kitchens, Lots of storage and Decent Appliances. I Love Living Here and it could be a temporary or permanent home. The Walk-in Closet in the Master Bedroom is amazing and has shelves behind the door. The bathroom is spacious and only minor issues plus has a linen closet. Family Room is very large and the balcony has a sliding door, screen, electrical plugs with cover, and outdoor light, all covered by roof or upstairs balcony. It is a great place to live. Have not dealt with maintenance yet!

I would never advise anyone to live here. They are nice and clean on the inside, but that's the only positive quality. Poor management leads to tenants being told about maintenance and other "important" information through notes taped onto front doors, half of which blow away. The secretary refuses to acknowledge those who are secondary on the lease, predates documents months in advance, comes and goes as she pleases, and lacks any level of caring. In addition to these persistent issue, the maintenence man has overstepped his bounds by making snide comments regarding our personal (political) interests. I had to request that our screen door be returned once spring came around and we didn't want to turn on the air conditioning yet, which was in April. That doesn't sound too off putting, however that screen door was taken in for repairs four months prior. They schedule large maintenence projects (such as resurfacing the entire parking lot) at the beginning and end of months, while leases are starting and ending, therefore creating a headache for scheduling moving vehicles. Along with the frustration of attempting to find a time to move at their convenience, we were told that we must show proof our selected carpet cleaning company is ensured; however, the contract states we must only provide a copy of the receipt. Avoid this establishment at all costs. They are always desperate for people to move in and now I know why.
