The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Oakview Estates
Terrible place to leave. Every week we have some kiddos smoking weed in the parking lot. The normal temperature of the apartments is 80 degrees and the “lady” from the office just said at least the heat is included! Reallyyy and it’s 60 degrees outside. When you ask about when they will turn the AC on she said “I always look the 10 days forecast” I checked too and will be pretty warm and they still don’t have the AC running. If you have a question she always wants to be an smartass unless you’re signing the contract that day she even give you the moon if you want. The neighbors are loud. At the end the place it’s just awful unless you want to lose your money and patience.
I lived there for alittle over 1.5 years. In the summer the AC did not work. I complained about it they sent someone. They said it was fixed . Next day my AC was set to 75 while I was at work, I come home it’s 85 inside my apartment. They claim this is how central air works and never did anything else. So if you like being hot all summer long rent here. The grounds are relatively well kept but not much to look at or sidewalks if you just wanted to walk your community. The gym is useless and they charge for extra for the key.
I've been living on the property for about a year, and this place swings wildly between kind of bad and pretty darn awful. The office staff is very polite to your face, but functionally useless. A number of maintenance workers were rude and dismissive whenever we had a problem, such as leaking pipes under the sink. Like other reviews state, there is A/C advertised for the complex, but once the temperature outside gets warm, the whole apartment heats up. There were a few times that the inside temperature reached upwards of 95 degrees! Our newest neighbor is also a huge problem. We never had any complaints from our previous neighbor, but the new one made two noise complaints in three weeks. My roommates work 1 to 11:30, and we generally try to be considerate of other apartments, but the new neighbor complains that we were walking too loud. In reality, the floors are very weak and creak constantly, and the walls are very thin, so even if we tiptoed around our own home, it would still be pretty loud. The office staff were no help, only telling us there's nothing they can do to about the situation.
I have been living here for almost 3 years. Going into my 3rd year actually. All of the negative reviews are shocking due to never having a bad experience. Between maintenance and administrative employees, they have never been anything but kind and helpful. The community is always clean. The service requests (if any at all) are always taken care of asap. Neighbors are nice and everyone coexists with zero issues. You cannot beat the location nor the school district. I have a daughter who is almost 2 and I feel exceptionally safe here. Please do not pay attention to the negative complaints.
The staff is rude and completely incompetent. AC is advertised but if outside temperature is above 80 it does not work. In an 85 degree day, your apartment will be 80 by the afternoon. First week here I had to call the police on a fight in the parking lot. Beyond belief how bad it was to live here.
Giving it 1 start for the location of the property (and there is no option of giving 0 start). All the units of the community are old and each unit have at-least one problem that cannot be fixed. (for My unit it was Air conditioning) They tried fixing my AC problem several times but were never successful. Interesting thing is the excuses and solutions that maintenance guys give you when they are not able to fix the problem. I was told that my unit is not cooling properly as we cook a lot in the unit (seriously...) Biggest issue with the property is the management staff. This is one of the most unfriendly and arrogant staff in management office that I ever experienced. Any issue you start discussing with them will end up as your fault or ignorance. With all this said the worst experience with me was with move-out. As per the lease agreement I have to get the carpet professionally cleaned but due to lack of time I was not able to do it and agreed to pay the cleaning charges but instead they deducted Carpet replacement charges of 800 from my deposit (I was not having credit history so I was asked to deposit 1000 USD) as they was available for syphoning. Snow cleaning is also an issue. walkways were cleaned but the main road were cleaned only once in a while leaving community a mess in snow days.
bunch of drunks felons live on live on the propertythreatening residents, because they're drunk and they can't find drugs
