Property Ratings at Oaks Lincoln Apartments
We love our bay windows, our in unit washer dryer and the free washer dryer down the hall, we love the amount of Westward facing sunlight we get, and the amount of kitchen storage. I'm shocked to not see any reviews anywhere mentioning this, but the wall A/C unit in the living room space circulates no cool air whatsoever to the bedroom. I'm in a 1 bedroom unit so maybe it's different in the units with multiple bedrooms, but as soon as it's over 60 degrees outside, we've needed to bring in several fans to point directly at us as we sleep or we start sweating. The summer is just beginning here, and I can't imaging having to deal with this for the remainder of our lease that ends in November. I'm just shocked this problem has not been mentioned before.
Grateful I needed the light over the stove replaced so I could make a rare dinner for Christmas and they came right away so I could make my meal. Thanks so much for the quick response, especially on the holiday.

Maintenance Rocks I had an issue with my washing machine and maintenance not only fixed it but showed me how to care for the machine to ensure it works properly each time. This is my first time with my own wash machine and dryer so I had somethings to learn.
Love it here Been here 2 1/2 years and I really enjoy living here. The management team is great, and maintenance requests are handled swiftly and efficiently.
My Happy Place We love this place! Its great for dog owners as this place is located just down the road from a dog park. The staff are all so lovely too!

My first 5 years here were great, but in the last 3 years, my car has been broken into, as was my apartment. I've had 4 packages stolen in 2 weeks. SWAT was here a month or two ago for a suspect barricaded with a gun and dog followed by heavily armed police the next night for a violent domestic in the other building where a good Samaritan with a gun intervened. I used to really like it here, but it's sketchy now.

These apartments used to be a nice place to live. It was clean, well maintained, and the staff was friendly. I can tell the office staff are still trying but the shine has come off the apartments. Now the hallways have marks or wear and the parking lot is full of litter. The location is still ok with access to major roads but the level of care has been dropping and I don't feel my rent is being well used. For this reason we will be moving out at the end of our lease. If you are ok paying a little more for average apartments this place can be good as a starter location.

I live in the Lincoln Oaks apartments and it is a really nice place to live it's very quiet and the gas grills are the best!!

There are no bus routes near by. Constant traffic everyday of the week. Not the best commute living location. Other than that. Nice place to live.
