The building is located close to the high school. Nice to have Lewis Park and Braemar Park so close by as well as the Southdale area. The grounds are well-kept and the trees are lovely in the summer/fall. The pool is nice and underground, heated parking is a perk. The building itself is old and outdated. The carpets are old and dirty. Residents were told by management that they would like to put in new carpeting, but some people apparently drag their trashbags through the hall, so it was implied that updated carpeting is not deserved by the community here. The stairwells are not well kept. The elevators are tiny-like a shower stall. The unit kitchens are small but nice. The bathrooms are small, outdated, and mine was dirty upon move-in. Nice sized deck. Relatively quiet building except when kids arrive home from school-running through the halls. Laundry rooms are generally well kept. 2 washers in each. $2 wash/$2 dry. Small exercise room has a bike, a treadmill, and an eliptical machine, all functional, plus some weights. Overall, a decent place with relatively affordable rent for this area.

Where to begin? Probably the super dirty units you move into, followed by inattentive maintenance. Then the paper thin walls which mean your neighbors hear you peeing, because you can sure hear them. Then as I believe it was mentioned, a new manager every 6 mos. followed by them trying to make it a corporate newer type management minus the nice new building and ameneties (those exercise machines do not work). The garage is a mess, literally someone urinated on the car next to the entrance door in the garage. There are dead mice down there and the back half is stuffed with old cars, old bikes and old appliances. Its surface nice here, get you in the door kind of surface nice. Just dont look too close.

Perfect place if you want to stay at a nice apartment in a great location. Very close to Southdale mall and is located in the heart of Edina. The rent is relatively low compared to other apartments in the area. Also, very close to uptown and downtown and there are tons of restaurants within a 2 mile radius.
