About Oakridge on the Green
At Oakridge on the Green, we offer one and two-bedroom floorplans. Our apartments are comfortably modest, situated next to beautiful Valley Hi Golf Course with wonderful views. All of our units feature ample closet space, radiant heat, an electric range, refrigerator, microwave, and air conditioning. We are constantly renovating and upgrading our units and our property to include dishwashers, stainless appliances, TV mounts, upgraded cabinets (these upgrades are on fully remodeled units only). We aim to offer high quality units with our 28 point inspection process. Our community features an outdoor pool, on-site laundry facilities, with a park-like setting and a relaxing BBQ/picnic area with ample off street parking. We go the extra mile in security for our tenants with overnight security patrols, security cameras throughout, and starting this fall access control entry into every building. We are conveniently located in Central Colorado Springs with easy access to Interstate-25 and only minutes away from downtown Colorado Springs and the prestigious Broadmoor area. Pets limited to 1 pet per apartment 50 lbs Maximum Pet Rent: $35 per month Pet Security Deposit: $300 We now offer 5% off rent to Military members, First responders, and Students* *Students must provide proof of active attendance to a local college or university. *Applicant has the right to provide Oakridge Properties LLC with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Oakridge Properties LLC with a PTSR, Oakridge Properties LLC is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Oakridge Properties LLC to access or use the PTSR.

Oakridge on the Green is honestly such a nice place to live. It’s peaceful, affordable, and the management team actually cares. They’ve been upgrading safety with new parking lot lights, fencing, and gates in the works — which makes me feel really comfortable living here. I’m so happy I moved in!
Great first apartment! Great location. It’s close to downtown and also UCCS. Maintenance is quick to respond and prices are cheap. They’re working on a lot of renovations now as well. Awesome to see the property transform
Had some problems with the apartment and the landlord instead of helping me started yellling and being super rude! Not wearing mask during COVID, super disrespectfull!! Don’t move here!!!!

I had a decent experience while living at the property, no real issue with the apartment, the neighborhood, or the management. But the issue started when I moved out and was supposed to receive my security deposit back. They have unjustifiably retained a significant portion of my security deposit without indicate that my apartment was excessively dirty in order to justify almost $100 in cleaning supplies nor can they justify almost $50 in repairs that did not exist until after my walkthrough with a property representative, nor the almost $50 in carpet cleaning cost for a carpet that was not listed as being dirty or damaged beyond what one might expect in order to justify me having to incur the cost of this otherwise optional service. The management has not been responsive to my concerns. If money is of no concern to you then by all means rent here and lose your deposit.

Recently divorced and found that Oakridge On the Green was a very affordable and quiet community for me to get back to basics. The staff is very polite and friendly, and have addressed my every need in a timely manner.

Great prices compared to the rest of the Springs. Moving from out-of-state, I found Oak Ridge on the Green to be be very accommodating in the application process and the office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The lease signing was an easy process as well. The units are small but suitable for me and my husband.

I lived at this property for 6 months. It was a disaster from the day I moved in. Leased was messed up and I never did get a corrected copy. The apts are still from the 70's. The only update ins the windows. The stove has the wrong drip pans so they are crooked and everything sliders off the burners. Nearly burned myself many times. Kitchen so small and no storage. The place is super noisy and no one seems to car. Not unusual to be woke up most nights but especially on the weekends. Complaining to mgmt does nothing. They tell you to call after hours number. That does no good still no response. The one time I asked them to come in and do repairs. They did but then used that as an excuse to inspect the apt and ask me to change things without legal cause or provide me proof that the change needed to be. made. The rent is cheap but you get what you pay for which is nothing. Despite being a good tenant that pays their rent on time and causes no issues.
