The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Oakland Station
I was applying to live here with my mom and this seems like a really nice place for her to move into and start a good life. I came in and the office staff, Antoinette and Cherish were nice and helpful. Throughout the application process, however, I was getting different information from different people and that really prolonged the application process more than it needed to be. Each instance where I fulfilled a requirement or signed papers already, Zo (property manager) would call me back to re-do parts of the application. As a result I had to take time off work to come in multiple times to fill out the same forms that could've been prevented if it was communicated to me earlier who can or who can't be an income provider to the tenant or what exactly should I get from my mom's doctors. I also found Zo's towards me to be extremely rude and unprofessional. Each time there needed to be a redoing of parts of the application process (which I was instructed to do by the office staff) she would make it seem like I was at fault and talk to me about the application process in a very condescending tone. The last straw for me was when I finally fulfilled whatever requirement was needed which took a few months and finally I got a call from the office staff to talk about move in date. It was mid-September and we agreed upon near end of October which they sent the agreement over to me via email. I got a call a few days later from Zo just drilling me on why I didn't call them back followed by claiming that they can't do end of October since "they don't hold property for people over 45 days" and instead demanding that I move in by the end of September or my application will be canceled. I couldn't do that date because I was going to be out of own the entire week end of September but it didn't matter to Zo. It was either her way or the highway with no room to accommodate me or even her apologizing/acknowledging that he made an error on her end. In the end I turned down moving into this apartment solely because of Zo's condescendence and gross unprofessionalism. I hope either Zo changes the way she treats tenants and especially PROSPECTIVE tenants for the better. Otherwise, she has absolutely no business being a property manager.
Thank you so much for your help, Zo & Cherish! Your due diligence is second to none. This is a perfect place for my elderly parents. They are happy and comfortable with their unit. They love the courtyard! I feel they are protected because of high security. Gratefully, CK
I have not had a positive experience with applying for the rental. I was told in May 2021, that I was approved. But then since then, I have been given bits and pieces of what was needed vs telling me exactly what is needed from the beginning. It is now August and I am still waiting for a response of moving forward from Zo. This process has been extremely stressful as I have to drive over to speak to someone because no one is answering the phone. Not to mention that Zo has been condescending at times when speaking to us.
Had interview yesterday and was accepted. The staff was great during interview and made the experience quite comfortable. Kudos to Zo.
I applied with Oakland Station. As a senior it was important to have a Manager who is patience and make the process as easy and clear as possible. I found Zoe to be that type of Manager. Zoe was caring and took the time to explain procedures to me more than once. She has a full understanding of what I need and went out of her way to show me why this was the right place for me. I am glad to be a resident at Oakland Station. Thank you Zoe. Shirley.
