we have been here going on 4 months and have had ZERO issues since being here. The front office is very nice, very nice people working up there and the pool is great to have and the gym is really nice, not crowded ever, its great.
I love the community, very beautiful, very nice and friendly girls in the office, cute little gifts for people who lives here and even for animals.
Room for improvement. Residents leave dog poop not picked up which is not sanitary. The trash cans are used as public dumpsters and does not get dumped out for the fee we pay.

I have been here for around 6 months and I am pleased. The sidewalks are awesome, along with the dog bags and trash cans throughout. The maintenance people have been respectful, quick, and fixes the issues. You can request service on the app. I’m able to pay rent, register guest parking, talk with the neighbors on the app. The office is very helpful, communicative and open often. They do giveaways, have a lounge, a study area, a free coffee/hot chocolate machine, and little dog treats for you to grab on your walk. They have a pool, a laundry room, multiple dumpsters, and an exercise room. People do leave dog poop on the ground. I can hear people above me sometimes. My unit didn’t come with a microwave. Getting the furniture up to the second floor was a HUGE chore. No ceiling lights in the bedrooms so I had to buy lights. There are a few different units though, so this could be exclusive to mine. I’m bad with names but I’ve had great experiences with Alyssa and Indio Red Elk.

We have only been here a few days but it has just been such an amazing experience. The apartment is beautiful and my 4 year old loves his big room, he was so excited to see it and playing in it. The extended kitchen is beautiful and we are so grateful to have found this community.

There’s a lot of things that were wrong with the apartment when we first moved in and some of the stuff I’m still waiting on to get fixed but overall it’s a decent place to live.

I like living here. The apartment complex has a lot of green areas although is in the middle of town. The pool is always clean and well maintenance. Maintenance is friendly and is always on top when you submit a service request. I recommend living here.

Would never have moved in here if I would have know how bad the management is and that they don’t care if your vehicle gets broke into and that they allow non residents to park in the resident parking. Something is always breaking in the unit and takes forever to get fixed or they have to wait for the manager to order the part then it takes forever to get done cause me being white seems like the manager doesn’t care to go out of her way to help. This whole place needs to be investigated.

Constant problems and changes from the office. I know they just switched names but inconveniencing the residents multiple times with multiple changes takes time out of our day to get the paperwork changed (5 times in less than 2 lease terms), resubmit the same paperwork they already have on file with a different name, go through their portal that doesn’t work, email their insurance company to get it sorted, and still be charged their insurance fees on top of our already paid in full insurance premium. Then fight to get reimbursed. This is ridiculous!!!!! Stop inconveniencing your residents and figure out a way to do YOUR job. Resubmitting my same paperwork every few months isn’t MY job. They also did construction IN my apartment while I was living there and it took months. It still isn’t finished and I just live with it.

It feels like home. Gorgeous one bedroom apartment on the inside and friendly neighbors and staff when we communicate outside the apartment boundaries. I don't plan on moving for a long time.

2 months have gone by still nasty smell & they refuse to remove it. Maintenance yelled at me to clean up behind my dog all she did was P and another Maintenance man had to tell me about him smoking his weed pen because of the staff and Elizabeth harasses tenants not knowing the truth is in the residents files. After month 3 things went town hill. Can't even walk thru complex without getting hit by cars that drive thru fire lane like a regular street. Kids will get hit. Just wait so sad and serious.

Good experience, sometimes the neighbors look weird. The apartment has details but is in good condition. There is always parking. There is not much noise and it is quiet in general.

I cant express enough, how grateful I am to be living here! Out of all the 10 or more apartments I toured I found this apartment to be the best! Yes the inside might not be all modern but the location, the office personal, the price, & the community is all I needed! The reason I chose this apartment is because I have my own entrance! Unless your coming to see me, no one else comes to my door! It's private! It is near food places, metro, and gas at walking distance! I'm a happy camper & that's what matters to me!
