I fell in love with the apartment complex the minute I walked in. The leasing office has such good vibes. I did the tour and the apartment was just wonderful and I felt right at home. All the amenities that are offered are so much fun. I can't forget to mention how much my kids love the year round pool!

A rough start, but everything seems to be good now. The apartments are spacious, and the neighbors are welcoming. I will call this place my home for a while. The gym is excellent, and you get free coffee. Response times are not the best, but if you call, the office team will answer. There is always room for improvement, but I believe this property has excellent potential. New building with modern amenities and super convenient public transportation option. The location is in a bad area with rundown businesses and some reports of criminal activity. Typical corporate management practices - price gouged parking and other miscellaneous fees and they excluded electrical lights in the bedrooms.

I moved in about a month ago and I am in love with my apartment. The staffing team are very reasonable, helpful and care about their residents. I will also like to say that I love Jai, she is one of the best as well as the other staff but I wanna give her recognition because shes the one that did my move in and ever since then she hasnt given me no doubt about the apartment complex of any of the staffing team

Ive really enjoyed my experience at oak st. The views are immaculate. The staff is attentive and rushes to any concerns. The building is of high quality. The common spaces are stylish and luxurious. The prices are also amazing for what your getting. Every other apartment I looked at was same price but have the quality.

Terrible place to live. Don't do it. Rent is way too high for the features and area you're living in. Look 10 minutes in any direction and the rent is $300 less a month for a much nicer area and building where maintenance issues will be resolved in a timely fashion instead of having to wait over 2 months for still "oh it'll happen soon!" comments any time you call.

For the short time Ive been here, I have really enjoyed it. The staff was awesome with the signing and move-in process. The apartments are clean and spacious. And the residents have been friendly wether its in the hot tub, or helping each other move in.

Caring Staff and Amazing Amenities! From day one, the overall experience at Oak Street Station has been nothing short of Outstanding. From the well planned heated pool and jacuzzi on the second floor with Great views of the mountains, and covered cabana beds, hammocks and chairs, to an expansive gym and a 2 minute walk to the Oak Street Light Rail, you never run out of options! It's simple....Oak St. is great! Everything is brand new, and I have not run into anything that doesn't work...yet. The pool deck is extremely comfortable, with all of the different types of seating (lounge chairs, hammocks...). Plus, you have a great view of the sunset while swinging in one of the hammocks.
