Property Ratings at Oak Ridge Trace
I lived here for three years. The community is quiet and Kathy in the front office is friendly and reasonable. Only two main issues arose in my three years: the community dryers stopped working for a bit due to gas line repairs and squirrels invaded the attic above my apartment. Otherwise it was a great place to spend three years, and at a lower price than most surrounding apartment communities.
One of the current mangers is very rude , not welcoming, nor take you seriously just with submitting an application. First impression is everything and not a good experience!
The two girls in the office is very rude. Don't really care about u or ur struggle; just want ur money
Management is unprofessional and they will band aid major maintenance repairs and ask you to file a claim with an insurance company rather than fix their issues .
The apartment manager is highly unprofessional. She will take your money and make you feel like number afterwards. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone. It needs to be updated. It is competing with more updating properties but still is at the same price point. They will tour you in a nice apartment but unless you see your unit, stay away.
OH NO! I just found out that Monica is leaving us!!!!!!!! Now the repor on the property will never be the same because she was the only one that treated us with respect and concern. When my lease is up IM LEAVING period. When a person in the office respects you you trust the property better, and I don't feel that it will be ok now..
You can't do anything with out neighbors complaining about something. & don't get me started with the ppl in the office. Everyone but Monica is rude af. DONT MOVE HERE IF YOU LIKE TO HAVE FUN.!!!! You will get kicked out Then, the shower gets FILLED with MOLD no matter how much you clean. Just don't move here.
The Leasing girls name is Monica and she is very nice. She even went the extra mile to help my friend find a second chance community that would accept her. I moved in March of last year and every time I come in the office she is always the same. She always has a smile and is very helpful. When I call in a work order she tells me if they cant get to me today or they will. The manager Kathy is very strict and doesn't play any games with you either. So far Im happy hear...

I'm glad that I made the choice of moving to Oakridge Park Apartments. The property manager is great and I enjoy the quiet community.
