Located about 65 miles northeast of Downtown Dallas, the rural city of Commerce is perhaps best known as the home of Texas A&M University – Commerce, one of the state’s oldest institutions of higher learning. I have lived at Oak Meadows for 3 years and have had a good experience. There have been some property changes and while things can be slow at times due to lack of office staff, I think the new team of office staffing and maintenance will continue to keep this place a great option in Commerce!
