Oak Hill Apartments

We've lived in a large one bedroom but are currently in a two bedroom. Great price. Our two bedroom has all new appliances, new carpet, whole thing great condition. Good neighbors but I will tell you they allow smoking in the apartments which is irritating depending on how heavy the smoker it. But everyone in our building is so nice and respectful. Never had a package come up missing. People in offices ive spoke to are friendly and very helpful. So far when we've needed things fixed they have came same day and resolved it right then, they handy men really know what they are doing but are also friendly and respectful. The pool is never over crowded, I use it often in the summer and it is well kept. We are close to airport and also Reynolds so groceries and places to eat are close. Lock your car doors because across the street there are not so upstanding citizens and my bf's car has been ransacked multiple times because he used to forget to lock his car. But neither of our cars have been broken into.

Lived here for 4 years and never had an issue. The area is safe and neighbors are great!

Carpets were dirty upon moving in but what ever. multiple other things needed fixed when we moved in which they did fix. there was dog food found randomly around the baseboards of the apartment. when we moved out they decided to charge us for new carpet because out pets “urine soaked” the carpet which is not true. they treat you like crap. do not move in here.

I have been here for 2 years, they just decided to not sign my lease again. Claiming “it’s in their best interest”. No real reason given! Such an inconvenient and stressful thing to do to someone!! Do not rent from them they up rent and do not update anything and stink bugs are dead stuck on the walls. In the winter they do not plow! Be careful walking to your car or taking out the trash. They do not inform you of billing policies and say “they don’t have to inform you of every policy”. Just over all super rude mainly billing I kept to myself living here so didn’t have many interactions with them. The few times I did it was the worst experience ever.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost a year and we have had absolutely no issues. This place has been a very safe environment for us and the management and staff are so helpful and friendly. The one time we have needed something fixed- maintenance was so quick to fix any problems. I definitely recommend this apartment complex to everyone, especially first-time apartment goers!

Large apartment with great size balconies. The grounds are well maintained and has a pool. Loved the access to highways. Halls were clean and in good shape.

Not a bad place to live. Rent is not very expensive and the neighborhood isn't bad at all. Is about 10-15 minutes away from everything you'll need. Would recommend to others!
