I’ve been living here since August of last year, and my experience has been far from pleasant. The first time I needed basic maintenance, it took nearly two months for anyone to respond. I’ve had recurring issues with the air conditioning—most recently, it has been completely out of service since April 16th. Management installed a window unit as a temporary solution, but it adds to my electricity bill and doesn’t effectively cool the space. Even with two ceiling fans running and the window unit on, the temperature inside has reached as high as 81°. On Friday, May 17th, someone briefly came to work on the AC but left after approximately five minutes without giving any update—and even left the AC unit’s cover off. I had to call the office myself for a follow-up and was told they’d be back later that evening, as maintenance was working after hours. No one returned. Instead, I received a phone call around 7:20 PM saying they’d come back Monday, the 19th. I waited the entire day Monday—no one showed up and no communication was given. I waited again all day today (Tuesday, the 20th) with still no word from anyone. Communication from the front office is consistently poor. They give dates and fail to follow through, and never proactively inform tenants of delays or issues. For the price being charged, the lack of service and disregard for tenant needs is unacceptable. This property clearly does not prioritize resident care or comfort. I do NOT recommend moving here.

I lived here for a year, I enjoyed the apartment and the environment such as the people living next to me. However apartment took 6 months to fix my washing machine, seems to me maintenance was an extremely low priority. On top of that I am dealing with a sure deposit that went to collections without any notice that I owed the apartment any money. No invoice, email, phone call, nothing to show they even tried to receive money from me. I have been trying to get information on what is owed and apartment is saying something happened on their end and they cant see my account, still trying to work with them and get any information possible.

Terrible. Staff rude/unprofessional. My apartment is fallin apart. Issues w/ Ac,heater,washer, disposal and no trash pickup.

This place is HORRIBLE!! Management is HORRIBLE, they charge way too much, the rent is high and the rules change ALL the time!!! No security and the gates NEVER work!!!

Management does not get customer service, have to go over the same things multiple times to get them to do anything. At times put my safety at risk. I do not recommend especially since the change to new management. Old manager was not great, new one is worse. After the last conversation and the rate increase, i decided it is time to go elsewhere.

I’ve now lived here for a year and a half. We’ve had quite a few problems and can’t seem to get management to fix them. And management isn’t so friendly either. The hallways are always extremely dirty too! I do really like the huge bathtub though..

Recently this apartment introduced a MANDATORY valet waste system, which costs $25/month. There are huge garbage boxes near apartment buildings, and not many residents actually need this insanely expensive mandatory service. The owner just want so steal money as much as possible.

I don't believe any of the five star reviews. On here or on any other site. My lease just went up and they still tried to get me to stay month to month because of a mess up on their end. Living somewhere shouldnt be this complicated. I was already unhappy because of all the damage from the hurricane and how long it took to make things livable again. But this new problem is just too much. It's bad enough that before the hurricane they didnt take care of the property and the A/C always messed up. I just cant anymore. I'm glad to be leaving soon. Save yourself a headache and live somewhere else.

As a resident, I do not recommend this apartment. Apartment and amenities are OK, but the management office is terrible. They are slow, rude and arrogant. When they enter our apartment, they notify us just one day before that, saying "this is mandatory" "cannot be rescheduled." They don't do anything until we ask five times.

This place is absolutely amazing!! Awesome amenities in my apartment and great community amenities also! The staff is some of the best people I've ever met! Great service and hospitality 100% of the time!

This apartment complex is amazing. The pool is great and well taken care of. The apartment itself has wood plank floors with a fantastic island is the middle of the kitchen that also serves as a table. The maintenance staff is very helpful when something goes wrong, which hardly happens.
