The apartments are in a good location to stores and places to eat in the area. Maintenance requests are generally answered in a timely manner even outside of business hours. The property up keep seems to be a lot better now that there is a property manager regularly in the clubhouse.

From when I moved in last October to now I have noticed a lot of changes being made. Dog poop all over the place is significantly less, the issue of random people using the pool // random people dumping a bunch of trash in the dumpster were taken more seriously now that we have an onsite manager, Sandi. You can genuinely tell that she cares about the people who live here. She’s assertive when needed but also kind and understanding when needed in my experience. My only complaint would be maintenance, it’s kinda hit or miss. Some of the techs are very kind and helpful while others can be dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, I’d say I really enjoy living here and plan to stay here for awhile.

I’ve had a really good experience living at Oak Court. The apartments are comfortable and well-kept, and the property itself is always clean and quiet. Maintenance has been quick to respond, and the office staff is friendly and easy to communicate with. I have felt safe here, and it has been a nice place to call home. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Oak Court to anyone looking for a good place to live.

My family and I have really enjoyed our time living here over the last 5 years. There have been occasional issues that are typical with apartment living, i.e. noisy neighbors, facilities in need of updates, etc., but overall it has been a great experience. For example on the facilities, currently, the basketball hoop has been broken for a couple months, but although inconvenient, this does not influence our overall quality of life. As for the staff, there used to be issues contacting both maintenance (unless it was a true emergency, then they were very responsive) and the office (once I was forwarded to an answering service who said they couldn't take a message for me because it was typical business hours). However, this has greatly improved over the last year. In 2025, I have not had any issues contacting the office.

Nice place to live The amenities are really nice and well kept, and everything is pretty close and convenient. It’s pet friendly, with a lot of sidewalks to walk the dogs and a park within a 5 minute drive.

Oak court provides the best place to live, also they are pet friendly! They even have a nice pool area where you could enjoy the nice heat with friends and family. They also have a gym which is very nice with very cool equipment!!

I have lived here almost 3 years and absolutely love it here. It's very quiet and I've always felt safe here. The rent is cheaper here than most places and the free internet is a huge plus. The apartments are really nice and spacious. Maintenance always fixes things immediately and the staff is very nice. Highly recommend it here.

We have lived at Oak Court for a year now and have really enjoyed it. The area feels safe and is quiet and clean. Management does a good job at making sure things are up to date and safe inside each unit, and they are always very friendly. No complaints here!

We moved in last year from out of state, and the process was very smooth. The complex has great amenities, such as a laundry room, which was great to use while we settled in and purchased our own to be installed. The rooms are spacious and so are the bathrooms, overall apartment size is decent. Haven’t had any issues while living here. Internet is included which is great since I do work from home. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. Also very convenient area with the hwy60 and grocery stores. We have enjoyed living here and will continue to.

I have lived here for a year now and it is a good place to live. It’s very quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. The neighborhood is great as well. My kids loved the pool in the summer and being able to play at the park area and basketball court. Maintenance is on top of things if there is something that needs taken care of.

Oak Court Apts in Republic MO are a lovely place to live. The neighbors are all friendly and respectful of each other. Holidays are fun when there is competition decorating everyone's patio or deck for Halloween and Christmas. The gym and pool are nice just wish there were keys for the pool sometimes. Maintenance is great and get things done right away. Management is super and always handles any issue you may have quickly. You will love it here.
