All repairs made in a very timely manner. Office staff always courteous and respond in reasonable times. Best thing? Actually got the deposit returned at the end of lease. Would happily live here again if returned to the area.
Nice apartments. Washer and dryer in unit is fantastic. The complex in general is quiet and maintenance issues are responded to quickly.
I just moved in the beginning of December and it’s my first apartment ever! I love it so much. Maintenance is always on top of fixing and the location is just where I wanted to be. The apartments are very nice and affordable. Quiet neighbors which is always a plus!
I lived here in 1999 and moved back a few months ago. Randy and the maintenance staff are quick to respond. I feel safe and comfortable here. I never have issues with parking. I am very happy that I made the decision to rent here.
I've lived in 3 complexes over the past 8 years. This has been the best experience I've had. Peaceful community, management and maintenance are extremely attentive. Feels like home! ?
These apartments are amazing. They have a great location, the maintenance is quick to respond, and it’s fairly quiet. The building is clean, ours doesn’t smell like smoke like other apartments around Omaha that I have lived in. Parking could be a little better, but otherwise, it has been really good to us.
I have been living at this complex for about 5 months now and it feels like home. I love the layout and easy access to the parking lot. The neighbors I've met are friendly and the office staff/maintenance staff are very nice and quick to respond to repair requests. I'm sure I'll be staying here a while and I'm happy I'm home.
Worked with a pleasant man named Tom he was a great person all around assured us we will be ok and be able to get the place. Then came a woman named jasmine she toyed us around for about 4 days and wouldn’t really tell us anything almost like she had no clue about the approval process. Long story short went through another place got an instant approval and no hassle. Highly suggest looking elsewhere if you need a place quickly but if you have a couple weeks to get dragged around good place.

However, it is difficult to promise anyone an approval as the application process can include many variables that we have to review. 2. Jasmine is one of our long standing employee’s and we are so sorry that the overall experience you had with her doesn’t coincide with other reviews we have received about her friendliness and knowledge within the residential industry. 3. It is not ever our intention to “toy” with anyone or delay/extend their application process, especially during a time where the situation calls for a quick turnaround. It would be inappropriate to discuss any of our applicant’s application results on this type of platform. However, all of our applicants are screened by a 3rd party company and typically take several business days to complete once all items are submitted. The residents are quite happy with our thorough screening of future residents. We’re sorry that this time frame was not quick enough to meet your needs. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and are happy you found a housing situation suitable to you.
I have lived there for 5 years, we love the staff at the clubhouse and all the maintenance guys. One year the day before thanksgiving our water heater went out, the guys came out in about an hour and fixed it. I live in a two bedroom and love the space for the price we pay plus the in unit washer and dryer is awesome! The only thing though is Get a garage... The parking can get pretty tight especially if your building is in the corner like ours.
Nice small community in a great area. All the essential amenities & then some. Staff helpful & maintenance quick to respond. Neighbors friendly, area great with many shops/restaurants within walking distance. Great complex!
