Almost 5 stars I would review these apartments with 5 stars but the parking he is really bad and some days its almost impossible to find parking and i am forced to park outside the complex on the street. There are plenty of spots on the property that could be turned into more parking spots so i dont know why they havent done it yet.

I love this Residential Apartments I am very happy with my new home, I like the gym, pool and all environment, it’s easy to have access anywhere only by using my phone, and I really appreciate the support from the management with all patient and professional behavior!

I want to share my experience living in this apartment complex to help others make informed decisions. Maintenance and Cleanliness: Poor Dog Park Maintenance: The dog park here is unsanitary with matted poop in the artificial turf. Despite being here for three years, I've NEVER seen it cleaned. This is a neglect to maintaining common areas in a clean and safe condition. Security and Neighbor Issues: Shady individuals with concerning behavior, including stalking, inappropriate conversations, and confrontations, can make living here uncomfortable. This poses a security risk of providing a safe and peaceful living environment. Car Break-Ins and Vehicle Theft: Several residents, including my son, have experienced car break-ins, often involving shattered windows. Reports of stolen cars within the complex raise further security concerns. This indicates a lack to ensure a secure living environment. Safety Concerns: In addition to the security issues mentioned earlier, there have been concerning incidents involving pets. My friend's dog was involved in two separate incidents where they were attacked by different dogs within the community. These situations highlight safety concerns that need to be addressed to ensure a secure environment for residents. Late Fee: I was an hour late paying my rent, I fell asleep and awoke at 12:30am (I was mortified as I pay my rent on time every month for years!) I paid it by 1am as opposed to just going back to bed and paying in morning. I wanted to show good faith and assumed it would be ok since it was just an hour late but NOPE, 10 days later they added the fee to my bill which has now ruined my good payment history for my next place. Out of all I've put up with living here--they weren't willing to bend an inch. Question is if it was paid before they even showed up to work---why add it? What damage did it cause to property? Well...they refuse to give me an explanation! Roaches: The apartments are pretty infested with the biggest roaches I've ever seen before in my life. They have also been code violated for this and mold. Positive Aspects: The units have great layouts, maintenance crew are rockstars, two new employees are very knowledgeable and friendly, decent location. It's important to note that my aim is not to solely criticize but to inform prospective tenants about these concerns. I genuinely hope that management addresses these issues promptly, making this a better living environment for all.
Ever since I moved into this place, its been nothing but horrible. The apartments are absolutely run down, the appliances are mostly out of date or just awkward to use, there is little thought given in the design of the kitchen. The cupboards are narrow, you can't adjust their position, the kitchen is ridiculously small compared to the massive living room which is unnecessary and a waste of room that should have been given to the kitchen. The backroom closet is absolutely sad. It's in the shape of a triangle which again, makes no sense whatsoever. I doubt anyone with a brain built these things in 1950. The best thing would be to gut this entire place. Also, we moved into a vacant apartment and the entire place stinks of cigarettes. It was so obvious and yet no one from either office or maintenance bothered to replace the carpet? Or do something to eliminate it? Absolutely disgusting. The parking situation is horrible and they don't bother having people use tags so you know who actually lives here and not just parking here all the time. The amenities are nice but I don't live there so why do I care if the apartment is horrible but you have a nice gym? Doesn't makeup for the lack of common sense in this place. They have an app to open doors but can't seem to have something similar at the front gate which is slow and it backs up traffic. They do not have a sound barrier here so be prepared to hear both Folsom and Highway 50. It's both noise pollution and air pollution on a constant basis. The front of the complex has weird people smoking and hanging out. It's essentially like a 7-Eleven out there. Very sketchy people. I wouldn't walk here even during the daytime. I am not looking forward to being here for 10 months let alone one. Don't bother.
The unit was dirty when I moved in. It wasn't properly or thoroughly cleaned. Only plan on living here if you have a can of roach spray handy. I've begun to wear it as a perfume from how much I have to spray it here. The roach problem is DISGUSTING (I don't even sleep in my room anymore). They have come to 'spray' only to have the bugs return shortly after. I've tried vacuuming, carpet shampooing, you name it THEY WON'T GO AWAY. It makes me feel dirty to be living here. shortly after moving in, my roommate's closet EXPLODED because the shelves were not installed properly initially. Maintenance did come to fix it the next day though so that was a bonus. There's no mold or any other problems other than the roaches and faulty circuitry in the stoves. and among the other reviews, there seems to be a common issue with the stoves not working LOL. Mine doesn't work either...I haven't put in a request because I'm out of here soon *THANK GOD* OTHER THAN THAT, it is a nice community, the people are nice...the thing I'll miss most about this place is my neighbors, that says a lot, and the amenities were nice :).
There are a lot of hidden fees that go up every month. The is a cockroach problem and the complex has not came to spray. Location is okay besides it being next to a trailer park and light rail. Had a very disappointing experience here.
They have the worst maintenance team that I ever faced. I made more maintenance request in that apartment than any other apartment altogether. For simple stove not working, you need to raise 5 requests - one after another because they never fix it, they say that its working good... similar response for all the scenarios. I first thought that the appliances are not good, but later i realized that it’s not getting fixed. my neighbors also say that they are calling maintenance vert often.... I wouldn't recommend it for a friend because of this one issue...
This place looks nice, but that is as far as it gets! Unprofessional and rude staff adds up to all other cons to make this place a complete joke!!! Stay away and do not fall for this 5 stars ratings. These are reviews from their own team to keep up with the negative reviews. I stayed in this apartment for 2 1/2 years; the most decent day of these 2.5 years was the first day when they were trying to get me sign a one year contract with them. from the second day on, I was completely ignored. It took them 9 months to fix my stove!!! The maintenance team came to replace one of my burner on the stove 5 times. They did not believe that the stove was broken since the beginning. AFTER 9 MONTHS I got to have a working stove borrowed from another apartment. I was charged $500 more on top of my security deposit which was completely consumed so they can renovate the unit for the next clueless resident. SO, you are paying for paint, carpet cleaning (if not replacing it), burns on the counters, stain, etc. STAY AWAY!!!
Moved to Oak Brook few months before and so far the experience is good. Gated entrance gives some secured feeling and the response from the staff/maintenance team is also good. all my complaints have been properly answered. the only problem that i see is , its Not in Folsom and Not in Rancho. its in the border. so the convenience stores are not near.
