Property Ratings at NVE at Fairfax
The property is great! Location is very central. It’s clean and well maintained. Management is helpful, they could be a bit more attentive and present.
Since I moved in, we have dealt with dilapidated living conditions, including mold, broken drawers and cabinets, homeless people sleeping in the garage and breaking in to pull fire alarms, and that's just getting started. They also have the audacity to raise rents, which is probably why so many people are leaving. They are bleeding residents and trying to win them back by offering referral bonuses that don't even cover 2 weeks of rent.
It's cool. No problems. Close to everything. Always a vibe. Melrose is right there. The Grove is even closer. Like I said it's always a,vibe.
Management writes rave reviews to bring the score up - this place is under new management and has gone down hill quickly.

This is a small apartment community. There are not a lot of amenities, but the units are very modern and nice. It is tranquil, and I have not had any issues while living here. It is also convenient to the grove.
I’ve lived in LA for 13 years and NVE Fairfax is by far the worst I’ve endured! This “luxury” building is poor in every aspect from property management, property maintenance and upkeep, and safety and security
