Great community! Fantastic location on Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale downtown. Great amenities: pool and barbecue area is amazing, there is plenty of space to hang out! Lounge area is also awesome with an extremely nice view! In addition, handy grocery shop within the same building is another plus!

Great community with handy and useful amenities. Gym is really good and provide a lot of machines and opportunity to workout. The mezzanine level is also nice because people can work from there or just hangout! The pool area is also awesome and so good for barbecues!

The community is very nice. It has been less than 6 months since I moved here but the quality of the life is definitely improved! Amenities are great, I like the pool a barbecue area. The mezzanine is very handy to work and hang out too!

I recently moved in from NYC, so I have spent only few days in the community, but I can firmly say that it's really a nice place to live, relax and work! A lot of space to do extra activities. The gym is very well equipped, the pool area is very spacious and you can relax, swim, cook or just hang out there! I like a lot the work share space and the coffee machine is definitely a plus too! Overall 10 stars!

Common areas are a shame most things do not works for months or even years. Everyday is worst common areas are dirty and some things broken I can write a listo of more than 50 things but I don’t believe that is my job. Administration do not find real solutions and do not care about custumer service they do not care if people levar the place . Do not have any flexibility

The building is great, location is perfect, and the maintenance and upkeep is excellent. However the management team is completely incompetent. Non-responsive, make tons of mistakes, and generally don't do what they say they are going to do. Hard to justify premium pricing with such poor management in place.

I moved in 2 months ago after living in another New Community downtown that promised the World and they fell far short form what was promised. All I can say is before you look anywhere else just come to NOVO because you wont need to look anywhere else. This place is 5 Star.

Beautiful floor plans with stunning views. Fantastic upgrades and luxury style living in the heart of downtown. Quiet and clean. Youd never have to leave the building if you didnt want to.

The building here at Novo Las Olas is really nice with awesome amenities. The location is great with Greenwise downstairs. The front desk and maintenance team is really good as well!

Being pet friendly was the catch for me. Experience has been great so far. Staff are very friendly and courteous. They tend to all needs when asked. Great living experience so far. Close to many restaurants. Green Wise is also great to have for such convenient shopping.

Was told prior to signing my lease that everything would be done by the time of my move in date besides the "Sky Lounge". I had already put deposits down at two other apartment buildings and voluntarily took a loss to come here with certain expectations. On my move in date I was constantly waiting extended periods of time for my "reserved elevator" because construction kept using it. No sign or any person monitoring was present, and I was paying my movers by the hour. First night in my apartment I had no hot water because the water heater was off. By day eight there was no hot water at all and parts on the heater needed to be replaced. At this point I have completely stopped staying at my apartment. The one day I did come by to pick up stuff I got stuck on my floor for 30 minutes because the elevators were all broken, followed by another 15 minutes in the elevator as it stopped on every single floor. Between the completely unfinished hallways, the constantly broken/dirty elevators, my stained countertops, broken dishwasher, water heater situation, and closed pool I cannot justify a single penny I have spent to live here. This place is not ready to have residents living it in especially ones that are paying what is being charged.
All my guests are impressed with the amenities, location, and layout of the apartment. A little bit of everything for everyone.
