As its name implies, the eastern portion of Colfax Avenue runs through the center of East Colfax. My unit is nice but it's crazy that I can't use the amenities unless the office is open it's crazy I was approved for this apartment when I have zero income and there's charges outside of my section 8 certificate it's also wild that I have a residential portal where my charges don't never match the charges given to me by the office

It's pretty decent for the most part... Just, if you need something from staff know it won't be taken care of immediately like it should. Sometimes they won't even get back to you at all.

I was lied to from the beginning of moving in. They told me the apartment I was supposed to move in, was not ready. But they have one that was just renovated. Ever since the first day I moved in has been nothing but issues with this place. I would never recommend anyone to live. The apartments are dirty. My apartment flooded 5 times with no compensation from the office. The roaches are bad. Worst community I have ever been at.

Bugs, run down apartments, trash and dog poop all over property, leasing office very unhelpful and does not do anything to actually fix things, just responds to reviews saying they will, but won't respond to emails or any calls.

There are bugs everywhere. Even with a clean apartment I still had them. The bugs were coming through the small cracks in the floor board, from behind the fridge, the stove. My dog became a master at killing them throughout the apartment. When I got home I knew I would be cleaning up bugs. Washer and dryers barely worked. It was filthy with homeless people living in them. Don't let the nice clubhouse fool you. Pool stayed closed all the time.

Facility is beautiful. It can do with a lot of renovating and the apartment itself could do better with cleanup, but overall, it’s good. My biggest complains are that there was a hole in the wall that was overlooked prior to move-in and I cannot connect my modem for work-do right now as the coaxial cables in the walls have been cut by somebody.

The maintenance staff and the office staff are very likable people; personable and professional. Most of the time, the maintenance request are answered in a reasonable amount of time. I have been waiting for doors for 6 months, and I have on several occasions had to re-request an order that either was not complete or remained unfixed.

The strides this property has made is impressive. They got the pool open, the grounds look great and the club house is coming along nicely. The asphalt has been repaired and the improvements just keep on coming.

When I first move here it was a great place to live, but after it was sold to the current ownership the quality of living have decreased significantly. Constantly having plumbing issues and never get them resolved. Going days without being able to use the shower, have to go to family members to bath. My upstairs neighbor let their dog use the bathroom on patio, and when they finally get tired of the smell. They just throw water out and let drip into my patio. Now my patio smells like their and I am stuck to clean with no assistance from management. Been living with a moldy bathroom, due to bad Plumbing, and instead of treating the mold they just paint over it.

Novi at Lowry is a beautiful apartment complex and community. Novi tries to go above and beyond for their residents. There are several amenities to make this community fun, inviting and a nice place to live. It is an older apartment complex but the work they are putting in to renovate is wonderful. I am hoping to live here for a long time.

A huge reason that we decided to move here was Allison in the leasing office and the maintenance team that we met. Everyone seems so focused on making Novi at Lowry a beautiful, fun, and comfortable place to live and it's huge to feel that the people in charge of the property care not only about the grounds but, most importantly, the people living here! I know that I can voice concerns and they'll be taken care of by kind and motivated humans. The renovations in the apartment we moved into felt a bit rushed, but all issues that we've made known have been taken care of almost immediately by Cecil who I know I can reach out to any time! Moving here has been an awesome introduction to Colorado and I couldn't be happier.

Up and coming apartment complex in a great locale with AWESOME staff. Immediate hot water in newly remodeled apartments with available covered parking, a fenced dog park, located right next to 2 huge parks and an under reconstruction clubhouse that's going to privide one of the best bangs for your rental buck than just about any other apartment complex in the city.

Staff is great. Genuinely so kind. The apartment we moved into, however was very dirty and needed a LOT done to make it a place to live.

Poorly maintained, poorly liked, too expensive for what you get out of it. Honestly, the complex could be destroyed and they'll still expect rent the next day plus they're ever growing fee rates.
