NOVEL West Midtown by Crescent Communities

So far the apartment is kind and accommodating. The room sizes are amazing and overall a great price! I’m really happy that we found this place.

So easy to complete the leasing process and the folks in the office were kind and prepared for me when I arrived. There is a lot of resident parking as well as EV charging on each floor as well.

The residence is very clean and much nicer than what I was expecting. The staff is very helpful but also very responsive. I have only been here for a few weeks, but I truly recommend it.

I love it here great people, amazing times and overall a great experience. I love living here at Novel West Midtown and I am happy to call this place my new home.

I chose this complex due to the demographics of the individuals living here. As a graduate student is nice being around other young professionals and have a community that values putting on community events to help us connect with one another. The amenities are great and the leasing staff is wonderful. The only thing that could be improved is the cellular signal at this complex.

Very nice staff and amenities. I love my new place so far. It is very close to many stores, restaurants, etc. it's better than I even realized when I came before to explore the area.

We really enjoyed living here! The Leasing Management and Team was absolutely amazing. Shout out to Kimia and Cheyenne!!! Any issues we had were resolved almost immediately. The Maintenance team came through on all service requests. The team had ongoing events throughout the year like bag charms making, yoga w/ Jane, mat Pilates, and Matcha making, to name a few. Listen, the events alone make it worth it!! The buildings were always clean for the most part. The hallways can get a little dirty but overall it was a quiet, clean, and quaint community. Now, be mindful, the walls and ceilings are very thin. So you hear everything your neighbors are thinking and doing. If someone lives above you…hope that they are light walkers otherwise be prepared to be up until they decide to lay down. For the price of the units, we thought it was worth it…and the events, Leasing and Maintenance teams, and grounds make up for that inconvenience.

It's a gorgeous apartment with lots of amenities, but unfortunately my location is incredibly loud, and I've experienced some unprofessional comments from property management, which both are not acceptable for the price I'm paying to live here.

Great place to live! Staff is polite and attentive. Tenants are respectful. Location is excellent. I have a pool facing view which can get noisy in the summer but overall enjoyable and pleasant.

I have lived at NWM for five months now and the complex and staff ensures the building is up-to-date and clean! The residents are friendly and considerate.

I love the finishings of the apartment. The staff are amazing. For the apartment to be so big the gym is never full thank goodness. They also throw really nice events for the residents.

I have had an excellent move in experience. Moving from out of state, Renard was extremely respectful of our long drive and the time it would take to get in/acclimate my dog. Everyone has been wonderful in showing me around the property, and the response to maintenance is usually the business day following your request. The community is quiet, residents are respectful, and amenities are amazing.

Poor construction quality but great building staff, good location, major waterproofing issues and the A/C has problems, pretty concerning quality issues for a brand new building.

It has been 8 months our living here. As always the Leasing Office always helpful. I thank the new Manager for quickly addressing my request concerning the Smart Building panel for our apartment. Thank you Mr. JASON The Maintenance crew are courteous and efficient. Events are quite good. The surroundings with trees are calming. The only thing is to ask other residents to be more cautious while in the parking building. Drive safely.

The entire move-in process was a breeze. Mr. Kevin and Mr. Renard were of great help to me. They were very attentive and response during the process of securing my apartment, which made things less stressful. Healthy environment, healthy management team!

Great property! The smart features in the house is a nice luxury. The building amenities are top notch and the residence are like family. Great place to live!

I Love it here at novel west midtown it’s so peaceful and clean. I also love the community activities that we have monthly. I enjoy the gym and jacuzzi/pool area. I have one of the best views from my patio which is the view of the pool area so luxurious.

I truly love living here. The amenities are great, all of my neighbors are friendly, and I feel as though the leasing staff cares (which, coming from someone who has lived in a lot of apartments, is rare!). Also, I love the resident events that are offered. It provides not only things to do but great opportunities to connect with each other. Although I haven't lived here long, I hope to be here for a while!

I have had the best experience at Novel West Midtown. It is in a great location close to everything I need. The people in the area are welcoming and nice. I am happy with my choice to live here for my first place in Atlanta, GA! No regrets.

So far so great! The property is beautiful. The staff is down to earth and you can tell they love their jobs and do a great job planning resident events! Everyone is pretty mindful of noise here so it’s pretty quiet.

Seamless , smooth, and team was extremely communicative. I was able to reserve an elevator for myself solely for the function of moving and the team was ready to welcome me in with invites to the events in the community center

Excellent customer service and whenever you call someone always answer. I love living at Novel West Midtown, property clean well kept and management stay on top of things.

The moving process was clean and seamless, the hallways are tall and wide and really allowed for larger items to move freely all the way to our new apartment

I’ve been living in this apartment for the past six months, and it’s been a solid experience overall. The location is amazing—although nothing is close enough to walk to if you drive everything is close to tons of great restaurants, cafes, and shops. Commuting is super easy too, with public transit just a few blocks away and easy access to major highways.

I love it here! The staff is helpful and friendly, the complex is always clean, the monthly event perks are fantastic, and the amenities are more than I could ask for! Rent is expensive! But you are getting what you pay for at Novel West Midtown. There are many other expensive apartments in Atlanta that don't take care of the building infrastructure or residents nearly as well. I've only lived here for 6 months, but so far I have nothing but positive things to say about the current management team.

I’ve been living here since August 2023 and recently transferred to a different unit in September. Overall, the apartment complex is clean, well-maintained, and offers great amenities. The staff is very friendly, and the neighborhood has a welcoming atmosphere. However, I’ve encountered a few issues. There have been some minor maintenance delays, and it can take a few days to hear back. Another concern has been the shutters, which sometimes prevent residents from going up to their units, causing the first floor to get crowded. Additionally, I've noticed that some guests in the building can be loud and disruptive at times. I also received an unexpectedly high fine for just having my room repainted, which felt excessive. Despite these issues, I’ve had a positive experience overall and am happy with my stay!

I love the finishes inside the unit. The black hardware and sage doors are very chic. It’s a mid-rise building, so noise can be annoying but my neighbors try to adhere to the quiet hours so that’s good.
