Great property and easy to be at home. Tons of amenities to take advantage of, and friendly neighbors. Everyone is respectful of quiet times and very easy to settle in. Staff is fantastic and always there to help on anything you may need. Should have moved here sooner!
We just moved into Novel Beach Park and love it! Everyone has been very friendly and the move in process was super easy. We have already attended a social event and met several residents. The apartments are well maintained and any small issues have been promptly addressed by maintenance. Overall we are super happy and know we made the right decision to move here!
I recently had the pleasure of touring this upscale apartment community, and I was beyond impressed! From the moment I walked in, everything was spotless the building, the amenities, and even the hallways were incredibly clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere feels modern, peaceful, and truly luxurious. What really stood out to me was the management team. They were so welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. They answered all our questions, made us feel comfortable, and really took their time showing us around. It’s rare to find such attentive and friendly staff they truly make the place feel like home.I’m thrilled that a family member of mine is moving in, and after seeing the property myself, I feel so confident knowing they’ll be living somewhere safe, clean, and beautiful. This community clearly takes pride in offering a high-quality living experience, and it shows in every detail. Highly recommend!

Its okay, need more trashcans in the parking garage. There is no where to use a printer to quickly print out documents. There is never enough food at events

I am forced to pay 60 dollars a month for slow WiFi that often doesn’t work. I am forced to pay 25 dollars a month for a delivery service that makes me get deliveries a day late. The walls are so thin I can hear the tv nextdoor. The elevator is left on service mode when people leave for the day. Overall a horrible experience for the price I’m paying.

Love it here! Had a bit of an issue with a neighbor walking out prior to 6am (dropping dumbbells) but staff was very understanding and resolved the matter very quickly for me. Also would help if there was information on how to RSVP to some of the events they post in the elevator, for those that only have a set # of participants. Thanks Novel and lots of love to all y’all in the office :)

Very unique design with this building, the esthetic gives a premium feel. Very well designed. The apartments are pretty decent sized and also well laid out and the water view is a cool perk. We are very close to some shopping places, the nice mall and like 3 minutes from publix.

I love the location of this property, it’s conveniently located where im close enough to everything but also still outside of the chaos. Its a quiet building and the amenities are amazing. I recently had to move into another unit because of a lease break i initiated then changed my mind on, and Gisselle and Nicole were so helpful and accommodating in getting me the unit i wanted and moved in when i needed. The management team really shows they care with all of the relationships i’ve seen they have built with the residents, all of the events they hold and how great they are at handling the building.

Difficult leasing process, our leasing agent was out for weeks on end and nobody fulfilled her duties while she was absent so things were ignored. The building is nice so we are hoping the leasing process isn’t a precursor to our experience here.

My move in was not coordinated very well by the leasing office, we had schedule a move in time at 10am which blocked off the service elevators for my moving company. I had reached out to Novels leasing team multiple times before my move in date to receive my lease, but each time it was sent something was incorrect on the lease. So when I went to move in it took an extra hour to receive my lease since it was not completed prior to move in due to the mistakes, which costed me another hour with my moving company since I was being charged by the hour- hence why I called multiple times prior about receiving my lease prior to move in. Other than that, all I can say was the Maintenance team was amazing and did their job very well. Glad to have a good maintenance crew.

I love the location and the layout of the apartment community. The amenities are great, however the wine dispenser is always empty and there has not been a time where I've seen both of them work and be able to dispense even one glass. The dog park is a bit small but tolerable. The staff is very helpful and nice! This place is always kept clean and smells good on every floor. A few things broke already even though it's a brand new apartment, but it was fixed within 2 hours.

What a great place! Location is hard to beat -located on the water next to the mall, grocery store, bridge to St. Pete. Amenities are wonderful, the staff is helpful as well. Highly recommend

Could not be happier to be a resident at Novel Beach Park!! I moved here in June and it has been the best apartment experience I’ve ever had. The amenities are amazing and kept up beautifully, the leasing office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful (especially Nicole!) and the neighbors are friendly as well. I feel safe living here and it is also a great place for my dog. The location is a hidden gem, and friends and family love visiting when they’re in town.

While the location and amenities at Novel Beach Park are decent, the management is horrendous. My experiences with the management team, particularly Stephanie have been very disappointing. Very unhelpful and rude, which is not the level of service I expect when paying premium rent. On multiple occasions, I’ve asked for assistance with various issues, and all their responses have been dismissive and unprofessional or get completely ignored. It’s clear that they all lack the knowledge and customer service skills necessary to effectively manage this property. Additionally, as residents themselves, they don’t set a good example—they are super unfriendly. Overall, I cannot recommend this complex due to the poor management. If you value respectful and responsive management, I’d suggest looking elsewhere!

I just moved to NOVEL Beach Park a few weeks ago for a new job, and I’m loving my new home. The apartment itself is beautiful and the entire community is both peaceful annd luxurious. After a long day at work, coming home is a relaxing experience. There’s a great gym with fitness class offerings, gorgeous saltwater pool, and fun community events to meet other residents every couple of weeks. I highly recommend touring if you’re considering a move to Tampa. Absolutely 5-stars!

Now that I have an upstairs neighbor I feel like the soundproofing is not that great. It's just as noisy as a less expensive type of building. Most amenities are self-service through phone apps, so don't expect much help from the staff. Also the parking is shared with an office building so they are pretty aggressive about when and where you can park so that's a bit of a turn off for me.
