10/10 love it here. Nice complex fun events! the building is kept clean. The pool and gym are really nice. The employees are great as well. !

Really enjoying living in the building! People are friendly, amenities are well maintained. Just some operational issues with the building that needs addressing, but the maintenance team especially Chris, has been amazing.

Love it here! Had a bit of an issue with a neighbor walking out prior to 6am (dropping dumbbells) but staff was very understanding and resolved the matter very quickly for me. Also would help if there was information on how to RSVP to some of the events they post in the elevator, for those that only have a set # of participants. Thanks Novel and lots of love to all y’all in the office :)

The move-in experience was very easy and the staff was very helpful. The common areas and amenities are top notch and the apartment finishes are very high quality. I truly enjoy calling this place home.

Very unique design with this building, the esthetic gives a premium feel. Very well designed. The apartments are pretty decent sized and also well laid out and the water view is a cool perk. We are very close to some shopping places, the nice mall and like 3 minutes from publix.

I love the location of this property, it’s conveniently located where im close enough to everything but also still outside of the chaos. Its a quiet building and the amenities are amazing. I recently had to move into another unit because of a lease break i initiated then changed my mind on, and Gisselle and Nicole were so helpful and accommodating in getting me the unit i wanted and moved in when i needed. The management team really shows they care with all of the relationships i’ve seen they have built with the residents, all of the events they hold and how great they are at handling the building.

Moving in was a breeze! The process was super smooth, and the staff made everything easy. Niya and Alex were incredibly kind and helpful—great customer service from start to finish. The complex itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained. Highly recommend!

Difficult leasing process, our leasing agent was out for weeks on end and nobody fulfilled her duties while she was absent so things were ignored. The building is nice so we are hoping the leasing process isn’t a precursor to our experience here.

My move in was not coordinated very well by the leasing office, we had schedule a move in time at 10am which blocked off the service elevators for my moving company. I had reached out to Novels leasing team multiple times before my move in date to receive my lease, but each time it was sent something was incorrect on the lease. So when I went to move in it took an extra hour to receive my lease since it was not completed prior to move in due to the mistakes, which costed me another hour with my moving company since I was being charged by the hour- hence why I called multiple times prior about receiving my lease prior to move in. Other than that, all I can say was the Maintenance team was amazing and did their job very well. Glad to have a good maintenance crew.

Nicole is awesome to work with she made it so easy for me to move in and was very helpful on every end of my experience. I have a beautiful apartment overlooking Tampa Bay and I’m very satisfied.

Absolutely love the community. All the pop up events you make are incredible. The way complex is maintained deserves respect. Staff is very welcoming.

We love living here, really nice and helpful staff. Living above the pool isn’t loud at all! The residents here are all respectful of each other. 10/10 we do not want to move out any time soon!

Great location and nice amenities. Water views and sunset are amazing. Spacious apartment and community space. Covered parking a benefit but it cost extra.

I love the location and the layout of the apartment community. The amenities are great, however the wine dispenser is always empty and there has not been a time where I've seen both of them work and be able to dispense even one glass. The dog park is a bit small but tolerable. The staff is very helpful and nice! This place is always kept clean and smells good on every floor. A few things broke already even though it's a brand new apartment, but it was fixed within 2 hours.

Apartment is beautiful inside. The area is serene and nice. Getting any requests or trying to get answers from the leasing agents can be a bit of a headache as you might be getting the run around but over it’s net positive living here.

Our family is OBSESSED with our Novel Beach Park apartment!!! Love the amenities, our kids are so excited to feel like they are living in a fancy hotel which is so cute. We are very happy to have relocated here after being displaced by hurricane Helene. Thank you NBP!!

Entire staff is very helpful, accommodating and welcoming. The want you to feel at home and comfortable, and will make sure you have everything you need to do so. And the property is beautiful, well maintained and full of great amenities.

What a great place! Location is hard to beat -located on the water next to the mall, grocery store, bridge to St. Pete. Amenities are wonderful, the staff is helpful as well. Highly recommend

Novel Beach Park is a beautiful place to live. The amenities and apartment finishes are beautiful. The amenities are also maintained well and very clean. The views from here are the best.

I only recently moved in but despite the hurricane on day 2 , everything has been great. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The property is beautiful and well maintained. I’m very pleased with my decision.

Could not be happier to be a resident at Novel Beach Park!! I moved here in June and it has been the best apartment experience I’ve ever had. The amenities are amazing and kept up beautifully, the leasing office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful (especially Nicole!) and the neighbors are friendly as well. I feel safe living here and it is also a great place for my dog. The location is a hidden gem, and friends and family love visiting when they’re in town.

While the location and amenities at Novel Beach Park are decent, the management is horrendous. My experiences with the management team, particularly Stephanie have been very disappointing. Very unhelpful and rude, which is not the level of service I expect when paying premium rent. On multiple occasions, I’ve asked for assistance with various issues, and all their responses have been dismissive and unprofessional or get completely ignored. It’s clear that they all lack the knowledge and customer service skills necessary to effectively manage this property. Additionally, as residents themselves, they don’t set a good example—they are super unfriendly. Overall, I cannot recommend this complex due to the poor management. If you value respectful and responsive management, I’d suggest looking elsewhere!

I just moved to NOVEL Beach Park a few weeks ago for a new job, and I’m loving my new home. The apartment itself is beautiful and the entire community is both peaceful annd luxurious. After a long day at work, coming home is a relaxing experience. There’s a great gym with fitness class offerings, gorgeous saltwater pool, and fun community events to meet other residents every couple of weeks. I highly recommend touring if you’re considering a move to Tampa. Absolutely 5-stars!

Now that I have an upstairs neighbor I feel like the soundproofing is not that great. It's just as noisy as a less expensive type of building. Most amenities are self-service through phone apps, so don't expect much help from the staff. Also the parking is shared with an office building so they are pretty aggressive about when and where you can park so that's a bit of a turn off for me.

Beautiful place, amazing staff and amenities! We are very glad we moved to this community, strongly recommended. Everything was as expected and as advertised.

Absolutely in love with the property and our new apartment at Novel! So many great amenities including the yoga room, fully equipped gym, gorgeous lounges and work spaces.

Nice environment and well maintained. Service requests are done promptly. The parking garage can get busy and hectic when the office workers arrive, sometimes in a hurry.

This place Is great all the way Best amenities, Everything is brand new Only thing that kind of is a bummer is that the coffee machine doesn’t work all the time, But other than that, this place is perfect, they even had a free brunch on a Sunday for the resident, They have wine cellars by the glass At both clubs

We love it here at Novel Beach Park! We love the views and how safe it feels. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Also nice to walk the dog along the water. 5 stars!

I love it here; everyone is so nice and understanding and this is by far my favorite place that i’ve ever lived. It’s very clean and the amenities are unbeatable.

I had a poor experience when visiting this community. I recently toured this community and the property is the perfect example of "good from far, but far from good". Dirty pool, dirty dog park, dogs were off leash on property. For a new(er) building, it seemed to be poorly managed.

Very luxurious community. Quiet and clean. Friendly staff and neighbors. Move in was easy and the apartment had no issues. I recommend this community.

Nice and safe neighborhood. Parking garage is a circus everyday except on the weekends. Amenities are nice and residents are polite and welcoming.

I love my new Novel Beach Park apartment and all of it's beautiful amenities. So happy to call this place home with a bay view and a luxury feel.

From the start, management helped with picking out the unit for me. Zane answered all my questions and always was patient with me! I can’t thank him enough. Moving in was a simple and great process. I had to reach out to maintenance for a few things and they were so prompt and professional. The apartment is beautiful, complex is quiet, and I feel very safe and comfortable. I’m so thankful I chose this apartment!

So far we love it! We have only been here for a few weeks but so far so good! Such a great community and beautiful building! I am looking forward to more events.

The move in process was very smooth and excellent. The staff makes moving in very easy. The apartment was in perfect condition when I moved in.

Nicole was great during move in yesterday! All the fixtures, hardware and doors are solid and there is no noise from the outside of inside our first night! It’s a huge selling point we were worried about. Thank you Novel for making this move seamless.

Moved in last week and absolutely love this place. The apartment is beautiful, the leasing team has been amazing to work with and the amenities are the best I’ve ever had! Also the views are unbeatable even from my own apartment!

From touring, to the application process, to moving in- each experience at Novel Beach Park has been smooth and stress-free. The office members have been extremely helpful and accommodating. The building and the apartments themselves could not be more beautiful!

This place is BEAUTIFUL! I couldn’t be happier. I feel at home and always look forward to getting back to my apartment whenever I’m out and about. It’s indeed the true definition of inviting! My fiancé and I found things that need to be fixed in our unit but that is to be expected with new apartments as so many rooms were built and minor things occur. As far as recommendations go, I have a recommendation for the fitness center! It is SO nice. Very beautiful. I was using it the other day and I think adding something like a pec deck/rear delt fly machine or abductor/adductor machine would really round it out. I believe there is a way to arrange the gym in such a way that something like this could easily fit in the fitness center and not overcrowd the area. And *maybe* with a skilled approach, the fitness area could also comfortably fit heavier dumbbells (maybe up to 100 lbs.)? The service has also been incredible! The people that work here are so friendly and kind.

So far I’m not having the greatest experience and probably should have done my research before moving into this building. Yes the staff has been friendly. However, I have had a lot of issues since moving in. It seems as though the building wasn’t set up properly for people moving in. As residents we are paying for internet that isn’t working. My hot water wasn’t working last night or this morning and there is no emergency contact number (tried calling the website number). My fab didn’t work on the day of move in. And I’m not sure why the owners of the building would sign up for services like fetch and gigstreem when the reviews are pretty terrible. Overall, I’m not sure what I got myself into, but saying that the building is new and it’s alright is giving them excuses.

Absolutely love it here. Staff is super helpful and amenities are to die for. Only complaint I have is the wifi does not work and nothing has been done about it. it is a new building though, so hopefully that’s why.
