Fantastic so far! Great amenities, community, and staff all around. High-quality construction and consistent attention to detail can be seen throughout the property.

This apartment is super nice—clean, bright, and has a really comfy feel to it. The big windows let in tons of natural light, and the open layout makes the space feel roomy. The kitchen’s fully stocked, and the bathroom is modern and well-kept. It’s right in the middle of the city, so it’s a bit louder, but the location is super convenient—close to everything: shops, restaurants, and transit. The building’s well-maintained, and the neighbors are friendly. If you don’t mind a bit of city noise, it’s an awesome place to live!

Nova Apartments sets a new standard for high-end living in Milwaukee. The fixtures and finishes throughout the building are top-tier. The units are not only stylish, but incredibly functional also. One of the biggest draws is the view. The large windows deliver an impressive, ever-changing backdrop that I love. Common areas are equally refined, and the building is clearly managed with attention to detail. Highly recommended.

Love it here! Super nice facility and friendly people. Leasing office is very helpful and friendly as well. Settling in has been so easy and seamless.

Nova is a good apartment with nice amenities. There are some utility issues that are unfortunate for such a new apartment, but the staff is very nice and willing to help. More reasonable parking would be a big upgrade.

Higher rating if my A/C doesn’t require maintenance each season. Each season has required multiple visits to resolve. Management has been responsive and keeps residents informed and engaged.

So far, it has been great. Quick elevators (three, so very nice), quiet hallways, clean building. My wife and daughter had coffee in the morning. The views are spectacular to the west and to the south.

Living at NOVA Apartments is a dream! The stylish atmosphere and luxurious apartment, with its heated floors and modern finishes, make every day feel special. I love starting my day with a great cup of coffee, a chat with the staff, and a workout in one of the two amazing fitness areas – it's the best way to start the day! I also enjoy spending time by the infinity pool, taking in the city views, and relaxing on my balcony in the evenings. NOVA is a beautiful place to live. The proximity to MSOE was convenient for me too!

I have only been a resident for a short time; however, I am confident when I say my experience has been nothing but great thus far. I appreciate how accommodating, cleanly, and organized the staff & the Nova building as a whole are, and have been– especially during my move-in experience. I have had only good experiences with my neighbors & other residents within the Nova. It is obvious that the Nova has a focus on convenience and maintaining an ideal living space for their residents!

I had a great tour! I loved the amenities, unit, and community. Cassidy did a great job getting me set up with the layout I wanted. I’m excited to move in!

Haven’t moved in yet but so far the tram has even super helpful and patient with my questions! I am looking forward to stacking up points and enjoying the pool!

Nova is in a wonderful area, with multiple amenities that are great and easy to use! I enjoy the security system and the awareness of all staff!

The staff is super friendly and maintenance is responsive. There’s a wide range of unique amenities. Public transportation couldn’t be more convenient with plenty of bus stops and the Hop near by.

Parking prices are ridiculous and now we are taking away street parking spots for a completely unnecessary 300 foot loading zone? The amenities are nice though.

Cassidy was a pleasure to work with quick easy concise. She was able to locate the perfect apartment for my girlfriend and I. The application process was also super simple and quick.

I’ve been living at NOVA since it first opened and love it here. The location is perfect and convenient. The staff here has been outstanding. I lived at another NewLand group location before where the leasing manager Angie also worked and moved here once this opened. Whenever I have a question or concern Angie and the staff help me out right away. They always say hi to me and my dog whenever they see us and love to have a welcoming conversation. They really care about everyone and every animal that lives here. The amenities are also awesome and unique with new ones on the way as well.

Great amenities, quiet neighbors and fun monthly events! It is expensive but you get what you pay for. Friendly leasing office employees that have helped me countless times. Would recommend if it fits in your budget.

Nova is such an amazing community. From the pool to the holiday events and everything in between we absolutely love living at Nova! No complaints and 5 stars!!!

Super clean and nice apartment complex. I've had zero issues through the first 5 months of living here. Parking garage is great. Every time I need to contact the front desk for anything they are always super responsive.

The Nova Apartments have been really good thus far. I am very impressed with how nice the apartment its self is. The amenities are first class as well, the club room is awesome and the pool is great! Also very nice to have a bbq available.

Team was helpful with move in and made sure we were able to get everything done quickly with a short notice for our move! Nice amenities and kind neighbors.

Beautiful new building in a nice neighborhood. Leasing office staff is friendly and responsive. Very pet friendly. Lots of things to do and restaurants within walking distance.

I've really enjoyed living here so far. I love the community here and the events the Leasing Office puts on to meet other people. The pool is my favorite way to spend an afternoon, a lunch break, or an online meeting I don't need my camera on.

I love living in Nova! Just the right amount of space for me (one bedroom, one bath). Great amenities and the community is awesome. The leasing office is always kind and attentive. Made my move to the city a lot smoother.

Loving everything about it so far! Very cute and comfy modern style. My one bedroom is just the right size for me and my favorite part is the washer/dryer and and the balcony.

The location at nova is great(close to bars, the lakefront, and the metro market. Amenities are also great and new land does a great job keeping the building clean and looking fresh Only complaint is the apartments are kind of loud and you can often hear your neighbors, but the great amenities makes up for that Wouldn’t have an issue recommending nova to a friend

Moved to the apartment this year and can’t complain about anything. Gym is great apartments are all brand new. Community events etc.

Do NOT be fooled by the nice Instagram and website photos. This new building is a long ways off - there are still maintenance issues going on. Personally, my washer flooded my kitchen, and despite the maintenance team coming to “fix” my AC unit multiple times, it continued to leak on my floor/belongings. The building was often stuck at a very high temperature, forcing me to use my AC in the months of January & February in Milwaukee. Additionally, I found out only days before move in that the unit I signed a lease for was not ready, and I was forced to move to a separate property for two months before finally moving into my unit. While I was gracious and never complained once while they worked through issues with a new building, I never felt like the staff reciprocated that same graciousness when issues came up - which is why I wrote this review.
