The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Nottingham Apartments
Title says it all. Rental agency couldn't care one bit about their tenants, the staff is inept at their job with literally ZERO communication to their customers. Major problems are glossed over; minor problems are straight up ignored. Every single I needed anything done I had to fight an uphill battle just to make them do their jobs. TL;DR - Unless you like doing their job FOR them, don't live here!
Property Manager at Nottingham Apartments, Responded To This Review
We are sorry to see that you are unhappy at the moment. We want to assure you and all of our residents that our staff works very hard to provide our residents with the best possible living experience. Every issue that is brought to our attention is taken very seriously, as we want nothing to ever hinder our residents from enjoying their time here. When you are able, please reach out to a team member either in our office or over the phone at (615) 822-0286. Thank you.
The staff is nice BUT if you have a big after hours emergency they will not pick up . I was on the phone for an hour and seven minutes last night and NO ONE came to the phone. this was not my first choice. I would suggest you overlook these and keep it moving . The apartments are older and the bathroom, living rooms, and bedrooms need renovation . Not a lot of cabinet space in the kitchen so don't expect to have extra room . The first two buildings in the front upstairs neighbors are loud .

Living at knottingham apartments has been outstanding! I moved my whole family here from Chicago to get away from the cold weather and crazy high taxes, and in the process found out that I will be having a third addition to the family. My father's day present from my wife. The reasons why we love our apartment so much is because I am literally 15 minutes away from Nashville, country music capital of the world, a river right across the street so I can walk out my front door and practically throw my poll in the water and start fishing. They have a beautiful in ground pool that my kids love. A work out gym that my wife and I love, and the units are spacious, clean, and everyone around is friendly. All in all I couldn't ask for anything more.
