Property Ratings at Norwest Apartments
My unit was EXTREMELY old and not maintained. When I moved in, the A/C was broken for multiple days when temperatures were reaching well into the upper 90's and when the manager was contacted I was not even offered an alternative place to stay, or at least a discount on rent. The unit was unlivable. Now that I'm moving out, less than a year later, I'm being charged for a multitude of miscellaneous paint jobs for a unit that was never in decent condition to begin with. These concerns are just the tip of the iceberg... Renter beware!
