Property Ratings at Norwalk Village Estates
I moved here a few months before Venture Management sold the property. If I were informed by them that they were planning to sell I would not have signed a lease here. Now Coves Living, a company with no website or reviews, bought the place and the apartments have gone downhill fast. People regularly smoke on the grounds with no repercussions when this is supposed to be a smoke free complex. The person mowing lawns somehow chipped my windshield one day and when I asked the management about it I got ignored. There are many bugs here and pest control is not offered, you have to pay for your own treatment. The people that have moved here recently many of them are rude and disrespectful, slamming doors and stomping around upstairs even during the early morning hours and night when excessive noise is not supposed to happen between 10 PM - 6 AM. One tenant regularly runs his truck for nearly an hour every morning in perfectly fine weather, polluting the air and harming the environment but nothing has been done about any of these problems.
