Property Ratings at Northwood Apartments
I love living in this property! I’ve been living here for over 10years. The office staff and maintenance are so nice and attentive to all work orders! Would definitely recommend.
Been here since 2015 and have watched this place go downhill. The manager America is a joke and doesn't care about doing her job. They maintenance workers aren't properly trained to handle complex issues which is why I had to call the property management company to file a complaint against her. They want you to be the one to tell on residence while they could easily fix the camera's and see what is going on. The pools are always broken everything is just falling apart and clearly no one cares. I so wish I could be the manager because things wouldn't be the way they are. Save your money!!!
I'm on a 1 year lease my lease will be over in a 2 weeks . Ever since I moved in to my appartment my ac doesn't work in the living room, I made many complains and nothing has been done. All they told me is that I need to leave the ac on longer. The office worker gabby is VERY rude and UNPROFESSIONAL so is America the "manager"! The only people that will help you in the front office is rosalia and Raul both of them are very nice. There is not enough parking for everyone, you can park in the office but only Certain hours. American the "manager" has favorites
Not good place to live plenty of thefts and cars stolen.Plenty of drug activity and dangerous for kids.DONT MOVE HERE YOU'LL REGRET IT
Me and my husband moved in 3 months ago and we love it. Parking is TERRIBLE, but that is our ONLY complaint. The apartment itself is such a great size for a 1 bedroom. More then enough space for the 2 of us. Huge walk-in closet. New carpet, nice paint colors inside. Pool/Spa area is beautiful, not huge or anything, but nice and enjoyable. Laundry hasn't been an issue for us. At the end of the day, we both love it here. Way cheaper then everything else we found, especially considering the size.
I have lived in here for Three years. The office staff is amazing. Its a friendly family environment. Near schools shopping centers 10 freeway. Gardening is on point. there always there to help.

Clean environment I absolutely love living here. I would highly recommend these Apartments to anyone who is looking forward to live in a Friendly Environment.
this place is okay. they took everything out of my garage and threw it in the garbage because they got their paperwork messed up. probably not a good way to keep renters.
I Moved in May 1st 2015 and I Feel very Welcome Management is Great the Living Conditions may not be perfect but its a Very nice place to live.
I have Been with Northwoods Apartments in Upland CA For 2 years. The Layout Plan is Great, Price is best compared to other apartments around the area , And it's a great community. The Management is always helpful. Maintenance is always ready to help. Location is the best, close to schools, movie theaters, restaurants, parks, mountains Malls, and freeways. You also have the choice to rent for 3, 6, and 12 months, which is super convenient! If you're looking for the Best Price look no further, Northwoods is the place to be! =)
I've lived at Northwood Apartments for a year now and its a great community. The office staff are friendly and always helpful. The location is great as well it's near the 10 freeway which is very convenient. There are also schools near by for families with children. It is also located near the Montclair Plaza and many restaurants. Northwood Apartments is a great place to live.
I have lived in apartments for 45 years and Northwoods is the best so far. Apartments here have living rooms and bedrooms that are large, bedroom closet is a spacious walk-in approximately 8 feet deep and 4 1/2 feet wide. Utility closet off living room has enough room to hang jackets and coats as well as 4 folding chairs and a few coolers! The kitchen has enough cabinet space for this Italian's cooking utensils and pots and pans. My one bedroom has double doors that sit an at angle so there is no corner. The hall closet has a lot of room for linens and some storage. In addition, Upstairs apartments have vaulted ceilings making the bedroom and living room look larger and adds a bit of personality to the apartment. I love having all of the room! Each apartment comes with a one car garage and two bedroom apartments also get a numbered parking space for a second car. We have pools and jacuzzis, large laundry rooms, and areas with barbecues. They allow pets and management and maintenance are great. I have been here for 13 years and they keep up with any requests for maintenance. Management is great because they make you feel like you are a valued tenant and not someone to be "managed." They keep the grounds and apartments safe and clean. We also have scheduled pest control making rounds outside and if a tenant needs it inside. We have a security patrol and can call them if we need to as well. I just renewed for another year, my 14th, and will stay until I find employment too far to commute to!
