Property Ratings at Northwinds - MUST BE AGE 55+ TO LIVE HERE
The apartment units are nice. The care of the building is not. Carpets, windows and stairwells are not clean. There were bug issues going on when I was there that were not handled properly. Apartments had roaches and there were bed bugs in some units. The prices continually go up as the buildings go down.
