Beautiful property with great amenities. Apartment is spacious with lots of storage space, including the balcony/patios.
The staff and neighbors are very friendly, and the amenities are very nice and kept up with. We have only been here for a week, but we have had no problems so far. I’m very happy with my decision!
I feel safe and secure, residents are friendly, great atmosphere for family living. Recommended a couple of friends/ family!
I was impressed upon move-in. The apartment was very clean and smelled really nice. The carpet looked new and everything worked (appliances, AC, etc.). There were a few minor issues but the apartment complex placed service orders for me and they were fixed within the week. The people within the apartment complex (other residents) were really kind and welcoming. I love that the hallways are indoors and the apartment is quiet.

Northwind was my home for 3 years and I loved it! The staff was kind and friendly and the maintenance responded to service requests quickly. The community director, Brittany, is as sweet as can be and helped me out whenever I needed it. The apartments and the appliances are a bit outdated and the gym very minimal, but the other amenities, quietness and safety of the complex makes up for it. I will certainly miss having Northwind as my home.

Great complex however, wish they would find a resolution with the issue of USPS packages being delivered. Other than that very peaceful complex and Ive enjoyed living here for the past 4 years

Staff is great here, really friendly I moved here from a house and was worried I would not be able to adjust to a apartment, never renting before. I was surprised I enjoy it here. every one talks to each other here, and waves.

Maintenance responds to requests quickly. The office recently stopped accepting packages on residents behalf and the complex is too big for the post office to leave packages outside apts, so you have to go to the post office for all packages which is really inconvenient.

Moved in last month. So please with apartment and property. The 2BR / 2BA layout is perfect if you're sharing an apartment or for when you have guest, as each room has it's own private bath. The staff is friendly and attentive and the property is excellently maintained. First time renting in 30 years, and am very pleased with how quiet and peaceful it feels at all times, night and day! Thanks Northwind you should feel proud!!

Moved in paying for a gated community with a gate that didn’t work, had loud neighbors and when they smoked weed it came into my apartment,complained but nothing was really done and they have to many frequent rent increases with no improvements to the property such security cameras maybe would benefit the community
This is an amazing place to live! This was the first apartment my husband and I moved into when we got married and we are more than happy with our experience. The ladies in the office are all very friendly and helpful, and the maintenance men are too! Any service requests we put in were resolved the same day, and with smiling and happy faces. We never encountered any problems and cannot recommend these apartments more! They are military friendly and do all that they can to help you. We will definitely be back!
This is the best place I've lived in by far. Management is friendly and go above and beyond to meet the residents' needs. Maintenance crew is friendly, respectful, and will always fix things in a timely manner. The common areas are clean and well-kept. It is a great place to live if you are looking for a calm, safe place to come home to!

Supposed to Ben a gated community it's not. Gates are never shut people and kids roam from all surrounding neighborhoods to play on basketball court and pool area. Multiple cases of cars being broke into. My truck was stolen from the parking lot recently luckily police located my truck thanks to no help of northwind apartments not a single security camera in the complex.

I couldn't ask for a better place to call home. Gated community, great staff, and above all, well maintained!! It has many, many amenities to enjoy such as pool, playground, 24 hour fitness center, tennis/volleyball court, dog park, car wash station, etc. Convenient to shopping and dining. The most enjoyable are the very large and spacious bedrooms. It's like being in a house versus an apartment!!
